Figures -they haven't been sick for months and I have a cleaning job today and Chane is miserable.  I got all the way to the school with him and decided not to take him in.  He's all stopped up and coughing.  I think he might be a little warm to the touch too.  I got him a slushee on the way home and he's all set up on the couch.

My house is so messy.  This will give me a chance to clean I guess.  Brae has a dr apptmt at 4:15 - I think he might have impetigo again.  He has a scrapy looking oozy sore on his face but I don't think it was scraped on anything.  He also has a mole I'm worried about.

Yuck I smell smokey from Rutter's.

To Do:

  • Eat doughnuts
  • Pass out
  • Wake up several times when Chane needs something
  • Eat more crap when I wake up
  • Run around like a maniac trying to pick something...anything up before Scott gets home
  • Forget to drop $ off at bank
  • Forget checkbook for doctor's appointment
  • Procrastinate on dinner and end up serving something half-a**ed
  • Scramble at last minute for Cub Scout stuff

Aw, sorry to hear Chane's sick. The girls woke up snotty and Delaney requested medicine last night. Thankfully Delaney doesn't have school today so we're going to have a lazy day, I'm thinking. Em was ok to go to school.

I've been pukey this morning and can't seem to keep food down. Augh, I hate this. It's VERY forceful too. Can't wait til I'm past this stage.

I looked at the pictures, Joni. It looks great!!! Good job!!!

I had to lol at the first list you posted. That kinda sounds like how I envision my day. Though, we have a bunch of people coming through the house 5:30-7 tomorrow. Yippee. So I HAVE to clean, regardless of how I'm feeling (though I'll still put that off til later.)

Oh man, I'm getting a migraine... I had one yesterday too. Timmy is getting into the board games and is probably making a huge mess. AHHH

So, how did the day go, Joni?

I see I posted this around 9:30. Well, I laid down on the couch shortly after. I know I got up a few times to change a poopy bum, help Delaney with a movie and puke. Timmy curled up on the couch with me around 10;30. So, since 10:30, I've been out on the couch. I feel so bad for Delaney. She played by herself :( She then curled up on the couch (not sure what time) and fell asleep by my feet. She's still there. I can't believe the day is gone!!

I wanted to do some baking cause while I was in and out of sleep on the couch, I could taste it! But, now, I don't have the time. I don't know if I'm supposed to pick up Vienna at 3 or 4 so I should call her mom. I was last told 4 on Friday because of a soccer practice but I have a feeling they would have forgot about it and if I don't show up after school, she'll be left there by herself.

I need to have a shower and I need some more food. That's probably all I'm going to have time for. augh

I didn't really get anything done but my errands.  With a sick kid - I'm mom of the year.  He was okay though.  Man, though, even when he's in a great mood and behaving (for him), he's a total PITA to take out.  I didn't realize how awful he is even when he's not being "bad."  "Trying" is a good way to put it.  Like insisting on carrying the molding and dragging it, or holding one end (these are 8' pieces) so it bends over and lagging behind on purpose, touching every single thing.  He's way too old to act like that, at least the touching.  But it went well with me not yelling - I end up being one of those moms you see who's bitching at their kid the entire time they're shopping ("stop touching that Chane" "Chane can't you keep up please" "Chane, I said come here!").  I let him test a bike at Walmart to see what size he needs and he insisted he needed to ride around and around one of the aisles.  He always takes everything he does, I mean EVERYthing, just one step too far (if I'm lucky - when he's being 'bad" he takes everything six steps too far but even when he's being good, it's always one step too far).

We were out until around noon.  I forgot my list and haven't looked at it yet so I'm not sure if I got everything.  At least I showered so I'm one step ahead of my "fake" list lol.  I ended up with a massive headache.  Not from him - from my eating I'm sure.  These go away when I don't eat junk.  It was so bad I took sinus pills AND excedrin.  I almost never take excedrin since it tears up my stomach and just makes me feel totally off but I've had to take one every day for the past 3 days.  And it doesn't make it go away, just deadens it somewhat.  So I ended up lying on the sofa and fell far enough asleep that I didn't know what was going on when I woke up.

Sounds like you had some issues today too - I feel so bad for you feeling like that while pregnant.  I know you feel bad about Delaney. It's understandable but it's only one time out of many that you have spent time with her.  Like I said before, the fact that you care about it makes you a good mom.

Ah, sounds like we're both having winner days!

I decided not to call that mom. If she's not going to soccer, she should have told me that so I may have a frantic call in about 10 mins, asking where I am. But, ah well. I hate calling people and too bad, they should have let me know. Yeah, I'm worrying about it too much. Plus, this mom should be home. She has classes in the morning and then study time until 4:45. I'm already doing a favour, going out of my way to pick her up 1 hr AFTER she's supposed to be done school so I'm dragging 7 kids with me back to the schools where the mom is just sitting at home. If she makes the soccer team (which I'm highly doubting it as they have 43 kids trying out, only 21 make it and she says she's not good), I'm going to have to tell the mom, sorry, I can't do this regularly. Once a week, maybe but not more than that.

My house is huge disaster zone. augh augh augh. I managed to wake up Delaney and have a shower (plus get Timmy re-dressed as he hopped in with his shirt and diaper on.)

I have to quickly throw together a snack.... so far it's digestive cookies but I dont' think I have any fruit that's easy to deal with. I have these delcious green apples that I paid A LOT for so is it mean that I don't want to share those except for my own family? I think I have other apples though that I could quickly cut up.

Ok, I've got 10 mins. Off I go! And yay, so far no puking but I have an awful taste in my mouth.
