My goal next week is to do all the heavy cleaning stuff that won't be undone before Christmas - the things that stay done for a few months!

unload car from camping

unpack

clean up camping stuff and coolers

sort laundry

start one load

plan den meeting

prep for cleaning job

homework

groceries for week

pack up junk from kids' rooms

put christmas stuff in attic

pack up offices

get hammers

 

MON

cleaning job

lowe's to get more kids

den meeting

pull out furniture to clean behind

gather cleaning supplies

turn mattress

look at couch pillows to see about washing

move stuff that will need washing

put away/wash cleaning stuff from cleaning job

do laundry as necessary

prep food for week

 

TUE

vac all carpets thoroughly - move furniture as i go

vac all vents

vac all hard floors - move furniture as necessary especially in kitchen, laundry room

vac all fans

vac inside air purifier

vac behind everything!  including washer/dryer, kids' vanity

vac all window tracks - dry scrub with dry toothbrush to break up dirt without making mud

vac inside all tubs & baskets

vac upper corners for cobwebs

 

TUE EVE

declutter as much as possible

put away kids' stuff, office stuff, playroom stuff

clean out gift closet

dust ceiling fans

spot shot all carpets

spot shot all pillows

take down all curtains and anything else that will be washed

 

WED

wash all walls

wash all plastic things including air filter, co2 monitor, thermostat, smoke detectors

wash all basebaords

wipe down all vents

wash all cabinets except kitchen cabinets

wash all big toys that sit out

wash both tubs/showers

wash all ceiling fans

wash all miniblinds

wash all trashcans

wash all laundry baskets

wash all hampers

wash inside kitchen cabinets

wash all stuffed animals

wash all fabric decorations

wash all curtains except ones that just need to be fluffed or new ones

wash kitchen stuff - crock, kickplates, inside microwave cabinet, hood vent inside, inside dishwasher

clean washer/dryer

wash wire shelves in laundry room

clean ladder

wipe down fronts of clothing tubs

wash plunger, toilet brushes, broom, dustpan

wash all doors

scrub all ceramic floors

 

THU

dust - all wood in house

dust - all electronics

shake out tv table runner in master bedroom

wash all windows inside

febreze all mattresses, couches, our bedspread
