MSN is doing messed up things for me! AUGH

Well, my day turned out a tad different. Timmy cried for about an hour... and had no nap yet. While trying to calm him down, I started feeling sick and threw up... a lot. I'm still feeling off though my stomach was growling so I'm hoping it's just cause I'm hungry but I don't know, this doesn't feel like pregnancy related stomach issues but something else which would mean eating more food will NOT help it. But, I'll try anyways.

In my woozy fog and recovery from T's crying, I let him go a little crazy with crackers. So, my nice carpet in the living room needs to be vacuumed, yet again.

We haven't really had lunch though Timmy is having leftover pizza, I'm having a yogurt (to start), Kira had crackers (I found something that i have in my house that she likes!!... she eats like a bird as well so I'll offer up her lunch her mom brought but I think the crackers will be all she'll eat) and Delaney says she's not hungry.

Haven't done too much but we'll see if I can cross off anything on my list.

So, that totally didn't happen but the house WAS ok until last night. lol Ah well, we gained ground in some areas but steps back in others.

I'm feeling like poop. Too much junk food... had some Pringles and then dh came home for lunch to get some papers and Delaney requested McD's for lunch. Too much grease.

But, I'm not feeling gaggy and somewhat motivated. So, I'm hoping to take care of a few things and hope this yucky feeling goes away.

Dh has been taking care of switching over the utilities. One oops though... he called the hydro or was it gas? Said we take possession on the 15th of Oct. They called him back and said that the current owners had already called saying the closing date is Nov. 14th! (or the day before, I guess cause that's when they'll have it turned off.) Ummm, yeah, I don't think so. So, dh has to show proof that our closing date is the right one. I just wonder what the heck that means?! We NEVER talked about a closing date in Nov. so hopefully the guy was misunderstood (he's East Indian) or something. Andrew saw them moving things out on Friday so I can't imagine they'd truly think the closing date is in Nov. But, my freaking out side is, well, freaking out!
Maybe we need to talk to our real estate agent and double check with things there.

Another freaking out thing that's ticking me off (at me and dh.) We have to show the last 3 months of bank statements to the mortgage company to show that we can come up with the closing costs. Well, the past 3 months have got to be the WORST. For one of those months, we weren't using that account cause we were still separated and using our own. So, there's a bit of overdraft and the account was mostly at $0. Then September, we had a major oops because we had to do a $1000 deposit for the house, rent came out and something else so we went past our $1000 in overdraft and had 2 insufficient funds charges. Now, we NEVER do that. Yeah, we'll go into overdraft by a bit but it's only a couple of days. We never miss our payments. AUGH So, I'm hoping it's overlooked but not seeing how it can NOT be. I hope this doesn't totally screw things up. But, I guess the worst case scenario would be we'd have to find a different lender and because we look like we're a high risk, we'd get charged an arm and a leg in interest... I just hope we don't lose the house, end up getting sued because we can't buy the house, etc. More freaking out! ahh I'm not completely freaking out about it, it's just a thought that's there...

We had our account up to $3600, I think it was, in this 3 month period. We also have almost $1000 each in the girls' accounts that we'd say we'd use if need be (or just to show that we have the money to cover the costs.) We also have almost $700 in cash saved up from dh's computer fix-it money and my daycare money (I get about $80 cash/week so that goes into our stash and when we feel we've got a good chunk, we'll put it in and pay off something.)

Ok, I'm blabbing on here. Delaney wants to play on the computer. Only 2 hrs left before I have to go get the kids. I think we'll be going to the park after school cause even though it's a little chilly, the sun is out so I want to get out as much as I can cause I think it's supposed to rain at the end of this week.

I'm hoping to get the next layer of my snickers fudge done... it's the nougat layer... mmm And, for once, i don't have a load of laundry waiting to be washed! Now, I've got about 6 loads to fold and put away and it's a big mountain on the spare bed (with a few small piles of folded stuff.) AHHH Dang laundry! The main floor should be picked up as well. If I get a chance, I want to try to do up receipts for 2 parents.

Need this in a list form:
-finish cleaning upstairs bathroom
-finish cleaning up bathroom (dh bought this Bam stuff and the sink is sparkling.... of course, it's super corrosive and I hate using that stuff but he really wanted it and is proud of his sink... he didn't do the toilet though)
-bring up clean laundry
-spend 15 mins on laundry
-lay out clothes for tomorrow (check weather first)
-cut up apples for snack, pretzels and water for snack, pack bag
-pick up living room
-pick up dr and kitchen
-sweep/mop
-find ground beef, thaw out
-get lettuce cut up for salad
-check out plants, see if there's any living still, if there is, put into larger containers if needed and fill up with soil, bring in stand and plants
-finish dishes
-do nougat layer of fudge
-get medicine ready for Em
-empty backpack
-home reading FIX BOOK!!!!
-find Pets book to order (Timmy wrecked this book that he absolutely loved though it was already in rough shape... I'm tempted to buy a used copy as they don't publish it anymore. He loves it so much. If I can find it for under $10 with shipping, I think I'll buy it.)
-put away shoes and coats
-spend 15 mins on the basement
-spend 15 mins on clothes
-Emily-swimming
-figure out if we can switch D's swimming lessons
-call Koula once I figure that out.

Augh, I'm so frustrated. I made the VERY yummy nougat and added the peanuts to it... I should have taste tested them first. The peanuts are VERY old and leave a very bad aftertaste. blech. I smelled them and they smelled a little off but man. I really hope that it's not ruined. I tried picking out some of the peanuts but the layer was already pretty solid and it was taking out big chunks of the nougat as well. augh There's A LOT of peanuts.

sounds like a mentally hectic day yesterday sara!  fingers crossed for your financial stuff - hopefully they'll see that's not how you are and you can explain that it was an odd time for you.

how did your fudge turn out?

my mil is coming up tonight - i invited her on purpose for erik's bday dinner - we found out only sunday that he's coming tonight so i invited her to make myself actually straighten and clean for real.  i've been doing lots of very messy puttering lately on the insides of cabinets and stuff.  hopefully this will inspire me to get the parts of the house that you can actually SEE clean.

the boys are so excited erik's coming.  they both hopped out of bed smiling this morning.  if only he realized how happy he makes them!  chane wanted to know if i could take him to buy a nerf gun for erik and braeden said he needs origami paper to make erik a gift but i had to say no to both - i just don't have time.  they were okay tho - chane was kind of kidding and braeden thinks he might have paper to make a penguin or something for erik hidden under some of his junk in his room...
