Erik's coming for a belated bday dinner. I can't afford to make crab cakes or shrimp or steak or something he REALLY likes and I can't decide between two dishes he likes so I'll make them both plus his pull-apart rolls he loves and his fudge sundae pie.
So...
cheesy potatoes and ham (crockpot)
meatloaf
a vegetable (not sure what)
pull-apart bread
mashed potatoes (instant since scott, meemaw (who's coming up for dinner), and erik will eat potatoes in the cheesy potatoes and ham so only c and i'll be eating the mashed and we're okay with instant)
