A friend came up with the plan to do one a month many years ago and it worked for me though I think I only made it to March. lol But, bed making stuck with me for a looong time. I think I need to put a sticker or star on a calendar to remind me that I did it that day as well. A visual reminder is always good :)
Well, I'm going to cheat a bit. Doing one small habit a month seems soooo painstakingly slow. So, the 4 things I listed, I'm going to try but my main focus will be dishes before bed. I like the idea of making up a list for the whole year. I know starting in May, providing all goes well with the birth, baby, etc, I'd like to get back into exercising and make that a habit.
Ok, dh is wanting on the computer to do some work and I should get my butt moving. Gotta do some chores and stuff. I had a nap at 7ish which was dumb but I couldn't keep my eyes open so I'll likely be up late.
