LOL I fixed your list.  I hope you don't mind!  I had to change it to bullets to fix the extra line spacing it gets when you copy it from Word.  I think bullets is the only way to get rid of the extra space short of changing all hard returns to soft returns but then that creates other problems!  Hope this helps a little...
