I think I've talked about this fudge before. I had tried making it before we moved and ended up using bad peanuts. I ended up not finishing all the layers (I think there's 4-5 layers) and just threw it out. Yes, this has a layer of choc. (with pb melted into it), a nougat layer, peanuts, caramel layer and then a choc. icing (which is the same as the bottom.) I think that's it.
Yikes! $150 definitely is a lot! That's so cool that you guys do that though :) And good for you on giving $20! I totally get what you mean about the feeling to do something. I think i've ignored it too many times that I just don't get that feeling anymore :(
Aw man, just found out Gavin and Laura might not be here Monday and Tuesday in 2 weeks, the first week off for holidays. I should be happy but if they were here, I'd get $60. If they aren't, I still can get paid but it's only $28. Big difference. Plus, chances are I'll end up finding some kids to look after when I don't even have my original kids I'm caring for! And, I'm trying to explain this all to their mom but now feel like I've given the impression that this is all a money thing, it's not worth it to do daycare over the holidays just for her kids, etc etc. Augh. Man, sometimes I should just keep my mouth shut.
Well, I've baked up one pie plate of cinnamon rolls. Gotta make the icing still. I hope they taste good!
Ok, gotta throw the noodles in for supper and get a move on.
