I'm tired, I go to bed, I can't fall asleep. I finally fall asleep, I wake up through the night. Then suddenly I'm wide awake. I look at the clock and it's 3 or 4 or something ridiculous after going to sleep after midnight. I can't help napping but that just makes it worse, although not napping doesn't fix it. I have a lot to do today and don't feel like doing any of it. Sigh and Whine! |
