Going to attempt another diet.  One I made up - not no-carb specifically but it does end up to be low in carbs because I need to eliminate wheat, sugar, and dairy which I suspect I'm allergic to and which are all the biggest source of carbs for me!  Also going to throw in the carb addict's diet specification of carbs only being eaten during 1 hour of the day so any healthy carbs I do eat I will eat in that timeframe (starchy veggies, fruit, nuts).  After typing this up I realized it fits into the Carb diet parameters, WW's point program parameters, WW's core program parameters, and lots of other recommendations in addition to being free of things I'm allergic to so that is cool - maybe I'll lose weight but I'm sure it will be slow.  Hopefully I'll feel better in any case!

AM - around 6:30
1 glass water

AM - around 8
2 eggbeaters - look at seasoned ones to see if they have whey, casein, gluten or sugar - check carb content for hidden sugar
As much olive oil as I can stand to scramble the eggs in
2 glasses of water (1 water bottle)

Afternoon - around 12
1 can tuna packed in water
Lettuce
Dressing with extra olive oil added
2 glasses of water (1 water bottle)

Afternoon - around 3
Cucumbers or carrots or green beans
1 glass water

Evening - around 5:30 or 6
1 grilled chicken breast, marinated in sugar-free Italian dressing (check for casein or whey)
1-2 white potatoes, campfire (cooked with butter-flavor spray instead of butter spray to eliminate casein or whey)
2 servings corn or other veggie, my choice
1 oz almonds
1-2 servings fruit, my choice
2 glasses of water (1 water bottle)

No food after dinner
Dinner to be eaten in one sitting within 1 hour
Fit in hip-hop tape or Body for Life daily
Try to walk daily
Try to add activity like extra chores daily

Wow, I would STARVE on that diet! I have no self discipline and couldn't do it but I know you were doing awesome on the carb addict diet so I have no doubts you'll succeed with this!

I think I'm going to have trouble eating breakfast - I don't normally eat that early altho since I've been on new meds I do get hungry by 9 if I haven't eaten.  The hard part will be no eating after dinner and the long long afternoons...  And fitting all that healthy stuff in for dinner - my inclination will be to eat the chicken and potatoes and leave the rest and then 2 hours later be starving.  But I really want to eat it all in one hour because of the effect on my insulin levels.  I'll let you know - eliminating carbs was so very hard but just being able to have corn, potatoes, and fruit will make it seem like I'm eating a lot compared to no-carb.  I just hope they don't make me hungry, don't make me feel bad, and that I lose weight although I doubt it will be 15-20 lbs a month like on no-carb...

Thanks for the positive thinking for me - your support will definitely help!

I don't know... if I followed that, I could see me losing a lot of weight. Though, I do eat a lot and I'm not sure if it's because I'm pregnant or not so it's hard for me to judge that right now.

You can do it!!! have you thought of a start date?

Sorry - I just saw your post!  I wanted to start Monday.  I'm actually dying to but now I have a cold and am aching all over from the accident so I may delay for the sake of comfort food...
