5 - frozen dinner w/veg, 1 br, 3-4 protein (unless veg or lunch - then 6-7 protein) w/green beans or broccoli; slice of ham or chicken w/baked potato w/spray butter and veg; or hamburger on light bread with veg; or spag/macaroni with meat sauce and veg
