-tell them that I'm sorry I can not watch him past next week. Having him come one day a week means that I'm unable to take on another child and financially, I can not do that

 

 

Chloe

-apologize for Chloe being late 2 days in a row

-tell her I need her to be at my house AT LEAST by 8:15 to ensure that she gets to school on time

 

Laura/Gavin

-early drop off... I understand if they are 5 mins early or so but 15-20 mins REALLY throws off my morning

-ask how she deals with her kids picking at each other at home and tell her how I'm having issues with Laura picking at people here

 

 

Vienna:

-ask about the new schedule... if pick up is later than 4:30, ask why? I was under the impression that when her schedule changed, I'd only have Vienna before school so I made arrangements to ensure I would be off by 4:30 every weekday (letting go of Dakota.)

-summer holidays... will I have Vienna at all?!

 

Samantha and Ollie

-ask about running club as me going to get Samantha at 4:15 conflicts with the time Laura and Gavin are picked up... is there an alternative for the days when we aren't at the park?!

 

Madison

-ask about summer plans

-ask that she is here at 8:15 every morning

 

 

Karen:

After a week or 2, if I'm still having issues with Chloe's erratic schedule, tell her about that

-tell her that come Sept, I will only be taking on before/after school kids and only at Avenue Rd... no kids past 5pm either
