1. garlic and tumeric - the expert, a cancer surgeon, said after you cut the garlic leave it for 15 mnutes so it gets a chance to develop this enzyme or something that is anti-cancer. Tumeric has something anti-cancer too.
2. olive oil - 0 trans fat, people on the island of Crete (in Greece) live the longest on earth and they eat like 1/2 a cup of olive oil a day.
3. cruciferous veggies - ie. brussel sprouts, broccoli, green leafies like swiss chard and collards and kale.
4. milk - I can't remember why and don't buy this one
5. chocolate - dark not milk - yippeeee!
