An awesome dip is tzaxiki dip (eat with pita bread - just rip in pieces or cut in triangles)  About two cups or more Balkan yogurt (high fat) or just plain regular yogurt, crush one big or two smaller garlic cloves peel on with the bottom of a mug or rolling pin.  Then remove peel (it will be mainly off from the crushing). chop, add to yogurt.  Shred a cucumber (peel on or off, i usually peel half of it) with cheese shredding size on shredder.  Squeeze out excess moisture, add to dip.  Add sea salt or kosher salt or regular if you have to.  Add cumin if you like that.  Mix (nice if you can leave it for an hour in fridge).  Really healthy and delicious but make sure you don't breath on anyone.

Guacomole or hummous are good too.  Guacomole: I use lemon juice, half a tomato for each avocado, sea or kosher salt, one garlic clove or more crushed and chopped.

Or I make nachoes with the works but that is a dinner that we have in front of the tv.  Not really a healthy snack but fun for kids if you want a fun dinner in front of a movie.

Pretzels dipped in yogurt dip is ok too but not very satisfying.

Maybe a dill dip would be good with veggies. We use Ranch salad dressing but I want to put a stop to that.
