I love to recycle.

I am lucky enough to have a broom closet and in the bottom I have a box where newspapers and all other paper for recycling goes.  When it is full it gets bagged and out with recycling.  They only pick up recycling every other week up here.  People do not recycle enough.  It drives me crazy!!!

For cardboard food packaging I keep an empty cereal box under the sink.  It does not take up much space.  We just crush the package, including egg cartons, (another reason to wear shoes in the house, or in my case mocs and great stress reliever) and it goes in the box until no more fits.  By the time it is full, there is usually another empty cereal box under there waiting.  Dh knows to keep them for me.  (I don't eat cereal but he does almost every morning)

Cans and plastic - a bin attached to cupboard door with a bag in it.  When the bag is full out it goes to the recycling box in garage.
