December 9:
Fresh Air (Took toboggan to pick up kids, went down the small hill there on my own three times (hee hee) then pulled Kate and a little neighbour boy home on it (hard work!)
5 fruits/veggies a day including green organic salad at least 5 times a week (still have to buy the salad but had 2 veggies in the soup for lunch, one carrot stick at dinner and a tangerine plus salsa so I am counting that as five!
Vitamins - I think I forgot
Exercise (see above re pulling toboggan)
Spiritual
Write every day even if only one line
Sleep (got enough yay! went to sleep by 1030 I think)
