Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions arriving in my inbox: Q: I am an owner/participant of a PSP group. Can we use your artwork for greation of tags, tubes and/or signatures for personal/learning use only? or Can I use one of your images as an icon on a discussion board/forum? or Can I use one of your images in my blog design? or Can I use one of your images in a blog post? A: I am happy to allow my work to be used for personal, non-profit use, however, images must not be altered (although objects such as people may be used without their respective backgrounds. I also require a name and copyright credit and link, and please note that any work owned by a third party (as indicated througout my portfolio) should not be used without specific permission in case of copyright infringement. I cannot allow use of my images on sites or in relation to topics of questionable subject matter (porn, politics, strong language, racial hatred, etc). If you're not sure, please ask. Lastly, please save images to your site - do not deep link images from my site and steal my bandwidth. I am part of an online graphics group; may we use your art? I have been getting so much mail from these groups, mostly through DevArt. I love it! Yes, you may use my art as long as you adhere to my requests. (Which are standard and are usually in your rules anyway.) Nothing you make from my art can be used for profit. You must have a ©Melissa Diaz somewhere on the graphic as well as a website URL. You can either point people to http://preciousmiseries.com or http://gro-wings.com. That’s it. Please scale pictures only proportionaly. Don't distort them. You must place photo by www.geroart.com on your work in a readable way You must agree that I am allowed to show your work on my website. At the moment I don't want to make restrictions on the usage of my work.
There might be some restrictions on the usage in the future.
If so, I will post them here. Check back here on a regular basis.
If you send me a link to your group, please add a login for guests.
Please understand that I don't have the time to join your group.

You are welcome to use my art in this manner, as long as it is only for your own personal use and ONLY as long as you DO NOT claim it to be your own work. I ask that somewhere near the image that you mention the art belongs to me, and please do not remove any of my copyright information from the art unless you need to for design purposes (web layouts, buttons, etc) If you do this I ask that you state somewhere else near the art that it was created by me. Too many times have I found people on the internet who have stolen my art and posted it as their own artwork and erased my copyright watermarks and replaced them with their own. PLEASE don't steal my art in this way ########################## REVOKED
