Hi everyone , welcome to the new page Goal to Cruise. This page is for all of us who  have a weight loss goal to reach for the cruise. This is a support page for everyone. The idea is for everyone to log on each day and talk about their day, how they went , if they were good and ate healthily or if they need some moral support because it was really tough that day. We will share recipe ideas, exercise ideas and just be there for each other. On Sunday it will be weigh in day and we then share our results, whether we have lost weight or inches  or gained  or even stayed the same  . This is a support link for all of us, so please join in and help people like me who need to pushed.

Great idea Neecey  & Jeanette..
I need all the help that I can get - it is easy to put it on but very hard to lose it..
 
Neecey if you would like to write down any tips about where to measure and when to weigh that would be great.
