Hi I went ok yesterday, but much better today. For the first time in my life I MOWED the lawn. It took me hours because the grass was up to my knees and I was using an electric mower. Very therapeutic, I quite enjoyed  it but I am in agony now. Time for a hot soak in radox and a glass of wine with my headphones on!!
How are you going, are you able to invite people in because I can't yet and mum said she can read the messages but it won't let her reply to anything. Love Neecey

Congrats on mowing the lawn - Wow!! Must be worth a few exercise points. Won't the wine ruin the good work?
 
The invite thingy here hasn't worked for ages - you have to invite by email & send the group's URL or you can copy & paste our banner which is already linked and can be found on the side bar down the bottom.
 
MSN is quite often slow or won't let you in or post etc.
when it is like that all you can do is keep refreshing &/or try later - when it is slow I sometimes find if you click the MSN link "Open My Groups" (which will redirect you) & click on your group from there, that it usually works and much quicker also.
 
The Dr. doesn't want me to start an exercise program at the moment -
so all I can do is work on my diet.

Hi , ok Lesley I know you can't do much exercise for now so just stick to the incidentals, like walk to the letterbox or change the channel by going to the tv no remote, etc. I'm sure with healthy eating, that is fruit  and vegies and a little carbs and meat you will be fine.
 
(I didn't have much wine so it cont hurt. I have washed most of my walls over the break and yesterday I washed my bedroom walls and moved furniture and did a huge clean out (although I havn't finished yet, NEARLY) and I did it just in time because my house is getting painted inside and out yippee. BUt I am in agony I ache everywhere, but I feel really good.

Thanks Neecy, found this thread now. I can imagine how your body is aching, but what a boost with what the scales will tell you later. Now you have to control 20 kids, that is excercise alone, have fun, your first day today.
I am now 5 days into my diet, (can't excercise until the hip is done,) and I love your vege bake, having it every night, and the vegie soup is yummy. Don't feel any lighter yet, must be the wine, and I am not giving that up.

HI mum I'm glad you found this link, the kids in my class have been really good so far fingers crossed. I'm glad you like the vegie recipies, Iam having the bake tonight. I can't check my weight loss today because my scales aren't working properly. They are like the biggest loser scales at the moment up, down, up , down and then they stop at either a rediculously high number or a rediculously low number, so I think I need new batteries or new scales. Anyway I have been really  good all week but I still have some wine too!! Have a good week everyone and I will check in later.
