This is amazing, and so fun to watch. Youre a great artist griz, and ty for sharing this piece of you, with us. I love the workbench, btw, mine looks similar! Maybe I'll do something similar in the spring, carving a bear or something.

  This one's on hold for the moment, Gigi..working on something else for a while.  I'll post some pics.
 
 I turned my girlfriend into a fairy in this one. She's the "Terry Fairy", Queen of the East Woods Forest. I gave this one to her for her birthday.
 
 
 
 This is Arei, "The Bearer Of The News"
 
 
 
 And this fellow is Zandu the Wizard, who's just had a "Surprise Encounter" with a dragon or troll or some unknown forest beastie.
 
 
 
 I'm working on "The Protector of the Child" now. She's a warrior holding a baby on one hand and a sword in the other. She should be done today. She looks like a cross between Tina Turner, Whitney Houston and a Klingon warrior woman.
 
 Also working on a fairy forest gourd which is just too cool. Can't wait to get it done because it's a real jaw dropper.  That's been the reaction so far anyway..and it's not even done yet.

these are just awesome griz.........are you using the polymer clay? Ive been playing around with some pixie faces and bodies to hang from our jugs....we call em jugfairies...got em hanging onto the lil handle and they look so cute..these are for the spring stuff we are starting in january...i sure do like that zanduu hes way kool!!  of course ya saw my carolers we called jugheads...all handpainted on wooden eggs and put on the jugs painted as bodies.....isnt art fun?!!!!  you sure are a creative man and did i read right?? girlfriend?you lil devil...ya hidin her from us are ya?

 Yes Jess..I do remember the corolers. The jug fairies sound pretty cool.  I wanna see when you get some done. I am using polymer clay for these but the eyes are a different material..they come out looking so real it's spooky but they take a long time under the microscope to make..but worth it.
 Terry has been my girlfriend for about 5 years but we've had an agreement where either of us is free to see others if we want and if something came of that, it's ok. In the last 6 months or so, we've decided to be exclusive since neither of us has really been interested in anyone else. We live in different states but hope to be together someday.
