Hello Everyone!
I am Schmoopy, previous mascot of Just One More Game (a now inactive MSN community), and have been adopted by my new friends at 
HEARTS I have been on the road for years now. I travel around from member to member, seeing the country and learning about new places. If I do come to visit you, I only ask that you follow a few guidelines so that everyone can have their turn and I won’t get damaged or lost during my travels.
Please take very good care of me during my stay with you. Do not leave me where I may be in harm's way. For instance, I don't think I would like the family pet playing with me!
Please do not keep me longer than my "welcome". I do not like sitting in a corner somewhere when I could be on my journey, bringing smiles to others. When you are done visiting with me, please mail me to my next destination in a timely manner. I prefer to visit someone who can take me to exciting, new places!
Write daily entries in my Journal during my stay with you. My hand-written journal travels with me. If it was not an eventful day, you can always say that I watched some movies with you, or that I helped you with your cleaning - whatever you wish to record. Please do not let days go by without writing in my Journal. If my Journal becomes filled, you are responsible for buying the next one.
You are also asked to post about my visit directly on the board called "Schmoopy's Journal". This should mirror the entries written in the hand-written journal, but it doesn’t have to be exactly the same.
Take pictures to post in my photo album in the club. Don’t worry if you don’t have a digital camera. You can buy a digital photo CD when you get your film developed and upload your pictures from that.
Do not put heavy items in my package. Try to limit it to smaller, lightweight items. As my travels progress, I will be gathering more and more souvenirs, and I don't want my postage to become too expensive. Try and send me on with items that tell about my adventures with you: postcards, bulletins, pictures, etc. Use your imagination!
Please send a little gift from me for the next person I am going to visit. Be sure to put his or her name on it, so s/he knows it's okay to keep it. I don't like to visit unless I am bringing a gift!
You are responsible for keeping my United States travel map updated. It also travels with me. Draw a line from my departure to my next destination, using highlighter only. Fill out my log, which is attached to the map.
Always mail me Express Mail, Return Receipt Requested. The post office said that is the safest way to mail me. You do not have to buy insurance, because I don't have any of the receipts needed to file a loss claim.
If you want a visit from me, simply ask! I am very careful that the person I'm entrusted to is responsible enough to keep me going on my travels.
I am sorry to say that I do not leave the United States (shipping-wise), simply because of the cost and complications involved in shipping to another country.
Last, but not least, have fun! And make sure you have lots and lots of BANANAS! You know I do love my bananas!!!
