CLASSIC COCA-COLA SALAD

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cold Classic Cokes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (11 oz.) can Del Monte Dark Sweet Pitted Cherries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans

Drain juice off cherries and crushed pineapple; heat juice until boiling. Dissolve Jell-O with hot juice. Stir in softened cream cheese and beat. Cool mixture before adding crushed pineapple, cherries and pecans. Stir in cold Cokes and pour into large Jell-O mold or rectangle glass dish.

Jess, we've always used black cherry jello, but  I'm sure this is the same thing.  Enjoy, I know I do!

its delish!! and by lite i meant as opposed to the pumkin rollups and the pies...the jello is sometimes a lil bit of something not so heavy on the tummy...we liked it.
      thanks pj.
