buckeye pie...(peanut butter)

1 baked pie crust or 1 graham cracker pie crust your choice(i prefer the baked crust)
in bottom of crust you spread 1 cup of melted milk chocolate chips mixed with 1 T heavy cream (done on a double boiler)

take one third cup of creamy peanut butter and mix with enough powdered sugar to make lil crumbles...crumble all over the chocolate in the bottom of the piecrust reserve a little bit for topping on the pie

take two pkgs of vanilla pudding the kind you cook and make with a little less milk ...as it starts to reach a boil add 2 heaping T of creamy peanut butter and a teaspoon of vanilla extract..beating till smooth...poor into pie shell....over this shredd milk chocolate shavings all over the hot top(they will melt in)..chill for at least 2 hours or till set...if you like you can sprinkle some more of the lil peanut crumbles on top as well..this is a rich and yummy easy to make pie...serve as is or with some whipped topping...ENJOY
