just got the news from Joey, she is having surgery tonight...either her colon is giving her issues or her appendix is...I actually had to call my Dads phone to talk to her...but he let me...I am worried...she said not to come over...its in the hospital in Great Bend about 40 miles from here...and then my Dad is gonna drive home from there and he doesn't see well at night...lawd......parents...
I hope you get a chance to visit her. when my mum was in hospital...only person that visited her was my ex boyfriend Jerry. my brother never went and i was up on the ice and couldn't go. if i went. i loose job...but...i kept close tabs on her. if she got worst. i would of quit job and went to her.
Best wishes and a speedy recovery for your mom, Chemy. It doesn't sound too far away, so you can get there if you need to be with her during her recovery, right? Not much you can do at the moment or during surgery anyway.
Anyway you can convince your dad to stay the night at the hospital?
well I just got off the phone with her and her appendix was wrapped around her colon! can you imagine? anyway they removed it and she is now recovering...she will be in the hospital for a few days. Joey and I will be going down when he gets off work to see her...thank you all for your well wishes...she means the world to me!
maybe it was that her colon was wrapped around her appendix? I dunno! She was kind of sleepy when she was telling me...but yea Jo ya got me wondering now too!
Glad to hear all is well on the homefront and I've heard those appendix problems can cause to death. I'm very happy to know that she got it taken care of before things went really wrong for her. God bless her.
