nothing gets me pissed faster than that...well other than abuse...so my mom calls today says...your brother called (yes the one who called me every name in the book when he was here)and says your Dad and Valta aren't doing very well, can't walk, yadda yadda yadda...he wants you to check on them...EXCUSE ME? You treat me like crap and then think I will just run and jump at your command? And further more I made it very clear to dad and Valta...call me if you need me...I've tried calling a few times and have gotten no answer...so? I thought ok...back to the games we go... so then I call my mom back after another no answer (to Dad and Valta) on the phone and say tell Darrel he can come back here and check on them himself if he's so damn worried... further note? I saw Dad outside the other day and he seemed to be doing just fine!
Thats too bad Chemy. Seems all may have an ax of their own that needs tending to. I know how some of those family things can go sometimes...always leaves me with an air of forboding and depression...god , I hate when that happens!
I sure hope things get worked out. BTW, I realize this may be somewhat brazen of me to ask but...How old is your father?
Girlll let me tell you, it's time you let them go and I don't mean stop from talking to them, but let them fend for themselves. You're not anyone's mat and if they think they can treat you like shit and then decide to call you when it's to their convenience don't put up with it. You've got your own life to live and why should you be the one to come running to their beck and call only when they want. Don't do it anymore. You've been good to them for too long and now it's time they get a taste of their own medicine.
Isn't this the gospel truth Witch?!!! I have been trying to get a hold of some of my lost cousins, who were there when I had the money and now suddenly have disappeared. Out of all 13 of them only 2 have responded to my requests to join my MYSPACE page and well the others... who knows what's become of them seeing as though I do notice they're always online. Ever since my grandparents on my dad's side have passed on there was a big dispute over the family money and such so my father bowed out gracefully and has no contact w/him because they were really pissed off at him because he was in charge of all the property. He let it all go to his eldest sister and said, you can all fight over it now. Sooo they've disowned him as well and now I feel they've black-balled me too, which I could give 2 shits less about. I just thought I would see if they'd let it all go and remain at least family-related to me, but seems like it ain't happening. Oh well! I tried and now... they can kiss my ass too! LOL!
