The skank probably goes home and dances to I got th' power . I'd been told once that schools teach that mamagement is the only important people at a company. This fellow really believed it. I asked how long they could show on paper that work was being done and product produced before something physical had to show up. There's the brains and there's the backbone/body. The brains can't do shit without the body but the brains are too high up to remember that.
Your boss sounds like the typical slave driver who's kicked the ladder off the wall once reaching her platform. Those types are in for a hard fall.
