Thoughts are with her and her entire family & circle of friends this Thanksgiving.  So help me God, I personally know of FOUR people here, near to me, who are dying this Thanksgiving week... 3 of them from cancer. Two brothers, ages 63 & 59 that I've known all my life.. another lifelong acquaintance who's the subject of this sad and scary thread, as well as my mother. You might not think this gives us any cause to celebrate the holiday, but the opposite is true... we are detirmined to wring every moment of comfort and joy from it that we are allotted, after attempting attending to theirs. |
