Yep it does.   Only had a couple of minutes to browse around, but it looks okie dokie to me.

 

Just a heads up -  make sure you take the time to set your personal information to a security level that you're comfortable with.   The default will show your real name and email address.   This isn't a private group at the moment and there will be trolls out there ready to jump on all the newbies migrating in from MSN.

 

It takes only a minute - but is worth the time.
