I am older than really old dirt!

Most days of the week,(all 7 of them),...I can be found with my "head in a toilet".......due to the fact that I own/operate my own house-cleaning business!

I have 2 dogs, 4 cats and a dh...that share my 2-bedroom apartment with me.

(I love them all equally..."in the order mentioned"!....lol)

i found that playing honestly and truthfully is way more satisfying

if you found that flying up the coaster line in the dark was not your

cup of tea and flying toads were then do not knock on my door

but just slide in through the side window

Ok, I'm 54 and living in Nevada. Do I love it here? Hell yes!! Lived in Lodi CA for 21 years. Didn't realize how much I disliked it until I went back. LOL Moved here in Feb, '07. I'm married 31 years and hopefully will be getting out of it within the year. I have 2 daughters ages 25 and 17. Joey Ann and Laura. No grandchildren yet. Opus is my online SO and we plan to meet this summer. We have been online for 7 years. My politics are middle of the road with a leaning to the left. I look forward to this country having a new administration. I love doing ceramics in my spare time. I have a knack for computers and love reading a good book. I was born and raised in Sandwich, Ill and have 4 brothers and a sister.

I'm 43 and I still do not know what I want to be when I grow up. I've ridden the ride all this time just enjoying the view & hoping no one calls on me to speak.

I've raised a daughter to the age of 21 with a few foster kids thrown in along the way, and felt the relief of my job being done (although it never will be, I know) even though she and her (newly eloped) husband now live with me til they can get their act together. Went thru a horrible time in her teens, when she lost her foot after a bushhog incident, and I almost lost her to depression over that combined with her fathers bad behavior over those teen years. ( I know..... I'm too much about her & not enough about me......)

I love to read, draw, write, create a few crafts - though mostly on the spur of the moment for someone's birthday/holiday that snuck up on me, ride horses, travel ANYwhere, cook, listen to live music (jazz or 'unplugged' not the gotta-have-earplugs concert types). I've had enough men in my life to last a few lifetimes, so I'm single and NOT looking. (ok.ok i'll admit i've peeked at a few dating sites for the hell of it...)

I work at the Electric Co here. Moved to a city where I know no one but co-workers (and prefer to keep work separate) I am no where near qualified for what I do, but am training to be FANTASTIC at Operating Electrical Equipment & directing traffic from a control center. Swing shift makes for difficulty making friends & socializing, but then I am my fathers daughter and do not need constant chatter & companionship.

I'm enjoying this group immensely and look forward to getting to know you all better.

I'm an active & physical 63.. done lots of things... including having been married to the same man for going on 46 years... I like wilderness, nature and privacy; peace, quiet, seclusion & I'm good at it... am retired.

Hey all, not much to say really. Live the simple life with two dogs. Love to tease people and have fun. I'm a loner however and spend alot of time by myself. Single at the moment and may stay that way...love it! Am 47 tho people tell me I look mid 30's. I am Pagan if I must be put into any religious category, very openminded and loving. I'm an Aries and true to much of the nature of Aries...however born on the cusp of Taurus I do have some of those tendencies also!

I am 46 yr old and first a father then a farmer and vol firefighter / first responder I raise laying hens for tyson foods usually have around 20 thousand hens. I have 9 horses at present and cant ride as often as I wish. I have 3 little house dogs who are my kids too . My kids are Jeremy 23 Jesse 21 I also have two new grand kids Daniel 2 and Allison 6 weeks I used to have the 3rd largest heard of reg red neck herferds in the US it just got to be to much for me after my dad died so I sold out most of them Now I just raise cattle for slaughter. I guess my fav passtime would be playing with the dogs and kids outside while I bbq and swim in the summer. I really dont care how rich or poor you are your political views or religion or looks as long as your an honest nice person I would like you .

Born in 1953 but with a mental age about 25. This last year I have changed job and moved to the other side of the country after 25 years inthe same house. I have not one moments regret about the move. I am the oldest of seven - 5 girls 2 boys. We are a bit scattered, my 2 brothers still live in the town I grew up in (Belfast), 2 sisters live in San Francisco, 1 in Plymouth England the the youngest ten minutes down the road.

I have two sons 33 and 35. The older lives in the Isle Of Man sadly we do not speak - long story. The younger and his fiance and my grandpuppy Henry live in Cambridge which is about an hour's drive away. If I had chosen a daughter in law I could not have done better.

I work for a software house who sells policy and claims management software to the Insurance industry. I have been involved in the insurance business for about 30 years

I have Charcot-Marie Tooth disease. It's a congential disease and as a result, I chose not to have children of my own. No big deal, because there are plenty of neighborhood children to play with when the child in me just has to have its way. LOL

My niece-in-law, had a baby the end of October. I get to babysit. YEAH!! This is the closest thing I'll have to one of my own. It's perfect. I physically dont have the strength for a child 24/7, but for a few hours while the mama is at school, is just right.

My husband and I just celebrated five years of marriage the beginning of the year. We are so good together even though there are 21 years between us. We might not be perfect, but we're perfect for each other.
