I'm not at all saying that others don't sing the blues well. What I was saying is that, in my opinion, overall, the blacks really DO know how to sing those blues. Ain't My Cross to Bear by the Allman's is one of the best blues songs I've ever heard. This is from my collection: |

yea the deep south slaves were the first to start the blues great great bands always took tunes from them |

~shes a whaler... You know who I like is that young guy.. He can sing the blues and boy can he play the guitar too. For the life of me I cant remember his name.. even seen him in concert once in Portland.. I'll have to repost after I figure it out.. I can hear him, but cant think of name.. sorry.. lol... |
