I know this is just the technical meanings but maybe it will give you an idea. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pansexuality Pansexuality (sometimes referred to as omnisexuality) is a sexual orientation characterized by the potential for aesthetic attraction, romantic love and/or sexual desire for people, regardless of their gender identity or biological sex. Thus, pansexuality includes potential attraction to people (such as transgender individuals) who do not fit into the gender binary of male/female. Some pansexuals assert that they are gender-blind; that gender and sex are insignificant in determining whether they will be sexually attracted to others. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=pansexual pansexual | | | 1. Adjective: A group which is open to members of all sexual orientations or gender identities including straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transexual, or transvestite.
2. Noun: A person who is sexually interested in other people regardless of gender including males, females, transexuals, tansvestites, gender benders, hermaphrodites, intersexuals, androgenous people, and those with sex-chromosome anomaly such as klinefelter syndrome or turner syndrome.
3. Noun: A person who is a member of a pansexual group or a person who associates with people of all sexual orientations but is not necessarily interested in sex with people of all sexes or genders though they may be comfortable with public displays of affection (PDAs) or semi-public sexual activity which is not confined to their own sexual orientation.
4. Noun: One who perceives all activities and experiences as sexual.
5. Noun: One who believes that all consensual activities are ethical.
6. Noun. One who believes that all human behavior stems from the sex drive.
7. Adj. Pertaining to a person, group, or idea fitting the above descriptions.

. | klinefelter's syndrome | | 39 up, 8 down | | | | Klinefelter's syndrome is a genetic disorder which means that men have an XXY chromosome set up rather than the usual XY (for a male). The XXY almost always causes feminisation of men or anti-masculinisation. Klinefelter's syndrome can be extreme or non-apparent depending on the person. Usual symptoms can be : Enlarged breasts Wide hips Voice not breaking Narrow shoulders Long arms or legs testicular atrophy (small testicles) infertility Crossdresser's would probably like to have klinefelter's syndrome so that they would look girlier.
