Mississippi Caviar
Ingredients
3 15 oz cans black eyed peas drained 1 c chopped bell peppers 3/4 c choppeonion 1/2 to 1 tsp minced garlic 1 sm bottle zesty Italian dressing jalapeno peppers to taste 1 jar pimentoes
Procedure
Combine all ingredients. Chill overnight or longer. Serve with tortilla chips Some people like to mash up some of the peas
