Tuna Casserole 1 16oz package bowtie macaroni 2 cans of tuna 1 cup or 8 oz package frozen peas 1 cup or 8 oz package frozen onion bell pepper mix 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup mozzorella cheese 1 cup monterey jack cheese 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup bread crumbs for topping salt and pepper to taste In 5 quart sauce pan bring 3 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil. Add your macaroin and bring it to a boil. When half way through cooking time add your onion / bell pepper and peas. Finish cooking macaroni and veggies until macaroni is tender. Drain and place in large mixing bowl. To the macaroini and vegetable mixture add the millk, cheese and salt and papper. Mix well. Place in baking dish. Back at 350 for 20 minutes and then add bread crumbs to top and bake another 5 minutes.
