Cut the chicken into small chunks and marinate it with 1 TBS garlic puree, 1 TBS ginger puree and the lime juice for 1/2 hour and boil it , be careful not to overboil it. You can alternatively deep-fry it.
Take a cooking pan and heat the oil in it fry the chopped onion till brown then add the rest of the ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes. add the tomato puree and cook till raw smell disappears after it starts boiling reduce the heat and add the chicken, cream , salt, chilli powder, and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat
