Salmon Patties 1 can of pink salmon or how many cans choose to make 2 eggs salt pepper garlic ( we like on everything cause me being Italian) Olive oil or vegetable oil crackers
Drain salmon put in a bowl and mix in the eggscrackers, ,salt and pepper to taste. Pat out patties or spoon in. fry on medium heat in olive oil until a lite golden brown.
