12 sheets phyllo pastry 1/2 cup butter 3-4 garlic cloves 10 sundried tomatoes boiled to soften, and halved. 1 cup portobello mushrooms chopped 8- 10 slices genoa salami 1 cup fresh paremsan 1 cup asiago cheese
using rectangular cookie sheet place first piece of phyllo in pan. Using pastry brush,brush with butter. Work the pastry up the sides of the pan. No trimming is required. Continue with this process until all sheets are used. Brush the final layer with remaining butter. Sprinkle on the chopped garlic. Add salami, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese. Bake at 375 for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
