We bake catfish often with any fish is good
this is for a 1/4 lb fillet if its bigger will take more time
take your fish brush the foil with oil to prevent fish from sticking to oil..
then you season your fish to your taste
fold foil over fish
Put on rack in oven on 350 degrees for 30 min
You can add lemon we do but your choice
is very tender and good
