Balsamic Potatoe Salad -

- 3 lbs. of New Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery Flakes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Boil potatoes, drain, salt and pepper to taste, and cool. Slice potatoes when cool. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over sliced potatoes and mix together. Refrigerate overnight.
