These fucking idiots! They set the per gallon tax to allow for the repair of roads. Now that people are driving less and using more fuel efficient cars, they claim they're short of funds. Well, if people are driving less, then there is not as much wear on the roads, not as much traffic, and not as much pollution. Why in the hell would they need more money!!????!!!!!!!!!!
