you need any version of PSP for this
open a new image 100 x 100
use the selection tool set to circle and draw out a small circle on the new file
go to the color palette and chosse gradient and use the metal brass gradient
with these setting:
angle 0
repeats 0
invert not checked
radial checked
fill your circle with this and (DO NOT DEselect)
got to selections and modify and contract by 4
add a new layer
now we are changing out gradient to Metal Steel with these setting:
Angel 0
repeats 3
radial
fill your circle with this
now (Don't DESELECT)
got to layers and MERGE DOWN
layers new raster layer
selections modify --contract by 4
fill with the same metal steel but with these settings:
angle 180
repeats 26
radial
select none and merge down
resize your diamond and save it and a tube file
