The scene opens up right on Seifer, standing outside of AT&T Center where Shockwave of Conflict was taking place. He’s by a black Austin 3:16 truck with the flaming skull on the hood on this starry night and he’s dressed in some training gear, it was obvious he’s been working out recently.
“Why. That’s the question I’ve been asked since the second I put Sparrow over Georgia. But most importantly because at that point, our relationship was still intact�?that’s the question I’ve been asked since the second I snapped out that Blood Spiller and together with Isabell Winters, claimed victory. Why, why, why, why, why. Oh, why Seifer? Why’d you turn on Gee? Why’d you do it Seif? How could you turn on a girl that loves you oh so much? You two went together great, it was perfect, all this dominance, defeating foes left and right, the golden couple, yadda yadda ya. How come you had to turn on the girl who you’d battled to hell and back with and still managed to find connections with one another that really give inspiration to the boys and girls of tomorrow! You and Georgia are the God Father and Mother of the Johnson twins to boot! Why’d you do it Seifer? Why? Why? Why?�?/FONT>
Seifer rolls his eyes and looks on, he was in a fightin�?mood.
“Jesus effin�?Christ do you people ever once just sit back and shut the hell up? Seriously if I hear that question one more time I am going to go back to my house, head down to the basement and go through the trap door, proceed to take some of my old swords and daggers out and then begin stabbing people and removing their limbs from the rest of their bodies if I have to hear that ignorant crying any longer. So luckily for everyone because I’ve put that part of my past behind me, I’m going to answer that question once and for all.�?/FONT>
He grins.
“In fact, I’ve been waiting for the opportune moment to answer that question and get a whole hell of a lot off my chest and now I’ve finally got the perfect opportunity.�?/FONT>
Seifer jumps up onto the hood of the truck and smiles.
“So you best take a seat kids because this is going to be the best venting rant, all by the books shoot you’ve seen in a long, long time. It’s not too often I do these anymore but lemmie tell ya, when I go at someone, well I think it’s safe to say that I’m the God damn best at doing so. So buckle up Gia, it’s about to get pretty rough.�?/FONT>
And so it begins�?/P>
“You people want to know why I did what I did? Let be start by going back up to what I was saying earlier when I quoted what I’ve heard since it all went down. The stuff about how awesome and dominating we were together. First off, I’m not looking for marriage, if I wanted to get married I would have a long time ago, so then that throws out the ‘you were so perfect together�?right out the window. Second, dominating? Yeah, SeiGee was pretty damn dominating. That’s because Seifer was apart of that team. Look at some of the top tag teams in this industry, go ahead, look at ‘em. You have names like the Sons of Immortality {Kings of MSN}, The Horsemen, The Freaks, The Elite, Asshole Inc., Carnifex, etc�?those are some of the top tag teams this industry has seen and with the exception of the last one because they haven’t been around as long, all have proven and can stake claim at being the best. You want to know how any of them are directly related? I’ll tell you, Seifer is in two of them. I’m in two of them because I can dominate despite who my partner is. I’ve also had great potential and have even won gold with guys like Cross, like Sparrow, like Sean Hunter. What I’m getting at is that Seifer and Georgia? Great team, sure, but my reign as tag champ would have been just as great with anyone else as a partner. Sad for her, but true.�?/FONT>
Seifer smirks.
“Now that is the short reason for why I got rid of Georgia. But for those who want more, for those who want the full story I think it’s about time you got it. When I’m through with this circuit my name is going to go down as the greatest wrestler to ever step foot into the ring. Sure, I joke about how I’m the best now because so many others who are nothing but egoholicis with no substance do it so I figured I’d see what all the fuss was about. Truth be told right now I’m only one of the best, and yes, that’s me being humble. The reason why the name ‘Seifer�?is synonymous with greatness is because I work at a very high level. When I’m going into something, I go all the way in and I don’t stop until I achieve that victory. It’s why in PWT I’m the winningest man to step foot in the company in the new era. It’s why in FWA the only loss I’ve suffered is in a match I threw because�?well because of Georgia James. They say that when someone steps up their game and tries to compete at my level, I raise the standard about three notches and then just crush you. I believe WallStreet once said that and if I really want something, that’s exactly what I do.�?/FONT>
Seifer dusts his shoulder off for good measure.
“Do you see what I’m getting at here? If you think this is my way of showing off my ego, you’re a moron who needs to pay closer attention. What I’m getting at here with my list of tag partners not even including the nWs, with my talk about dominance and all of that, is that I set a very high standard. THEREFORE, when I am in a alliance with someone, I expect them to compete at that high standard. Sure, in most cases when I’m not with my boys I don’t expect everyone to be at my level, but you damn sure better try your best. It’s why when I fill out a stats form for a new company, I list tag matches as my least favorite despite the fact that I’ve held tag gold in probably every top company out there, because if I get put with some random person who doesn’t carry their own weight, there is going to be hell to pay.�?/FONT>
Another smirk, maybe now it was beginning to get clear.
“Get me yet sunshine? Georgia the reason I started to develop feelings for you was because I was drawn to your charisma, looks and sheer determination to be the best. You wouldn’t take no for an answer, you wouldn’t let anyone shake or rattle you and if someone knocked you off, you’d get right back on and do what you had to do. Break those barriers, shake things up! However at some point over the past year, probably around the time you lost the FWA World Championship, you seemed to have lost your footing. You became a joke Georgia. You became the laughing stock Walk of Famer people used to think was good and then realized that now they were going to get such an easy victory. Yet because we were a couple and had fun together, I ignored it. I ignored the feeling in the pit of my stomach that one day you’d bring me down. I ignored the many, many times I’ve had to shoulder the load of our team because you couldn’t ever match the effort I put in. I ignored it all for you Georgia, because I cherished what we had.�?/FONT>
Le sigh.
“Then I finally woke up the fuck up, looked in the mirror and proceeded to punch it because I thought someone was in my house sneaking up behind me in the morning. I cut my hand from that you know, not a fun thing to do in the morning. That wasn’t me, that wasn’t Seifer. Seifer doesn’t settle for second best, he doesn’t settle for anything less than the absolute best. I’m a nice guy, really I am, you always got some slipping room but you start slipping too far to the point where you start costing me matches, well then I’m going to have to do something about that. I tried with you Georgia, I tried damn hard.
“Let’s venture back to that tag match we had against Carnifexi. They were the hot team coming up and probably the next ones to challenge for the tag gold that was currently held by four people. Four people because you couldn’t match my effort in the tag title match and while I pinned Ryan Cain, you got pinned by Sparrow. I was about to say ‘fuck it�?right then, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I tried to fire you all up about going out there and kicking ass. Then you faced Ramirez. Maybe you could have beaten him, maybe it wouldn’t have mattered but it sure would have been nice to hear something�?you know, verbally? In the form of a promo to try and promote the match, get the fans behind you and get yourself back on track. But we got nothing, you took my motivational speech and you spit on it, yeah, way to go partner, thanks.�?/FONT> Thumbs up. “So needless to say when that tag match was booked I had a bad feeling in my stomach. This time however, I wasn’t going to allow you to hang me out to dry and make me look like a fool. No, this time I decided I’d wait in the shadows while you took the lead for once in a tag match. While you went out and showed me, showed the world, showed YOURSELF that you wanted this, that you had what it took to be a partner of Seifer. You did nothing. You�?did absolutely nothing. I was disappointed when I saw your lack of effort, your lack of caring and I decided I wouldn’t even try. Why bust my ass and pull out this incredible victory only for you to ride my coattails some more? Nah. It was at that moment I realized I didn’t give a fuck. You were so lovey dovey in love but guess what sugar, that ain’t me. My legacy and personal satisfaction comes first to me, whether it be my wrestling career or my projects in the real world. After that it’s my brothers, the guys who will go to war with me if I need them to - bros before hos, that’s not gay shit, it’s fight mentality. Then it’s women.�?/FONT>
Ahh the femme fatales.
“So then I got to thinking how many times you’ve burnt me. How many times I’ve had to CARRY our damn team. SeiGee. Yeah, ‘Sei�?gee why the hell are you still carrying her around�? You’re better than all of what you’ve been, what you’ve done but you’ve gotten lazy. You stopped caring a long time ago and have chosen to just free ride on your name or my coattails or whatever works best for ya; and yeah your name is getting tarnished but when you’re feeling up to it you can always fire back and claim you lost your way. Turn it into one big angle and ignore everything that happened and keep on movin�?on. That’s terrific but that’s not something I am going to wait around for. The funny part is, when I was highly pissed off at you, you wanted to keep on going as if it was nothing. As if you forgot just who the hell you were with and that I don’t settle for someone who has lost her flare and despite what I did to help, clearly didn’t care to get it back. So before you even say it, I didn’t ‘pick�?Isabell because you hated her. No, that actually just made it even better. I thought about how obsessed she was over the summer and the more I did, the more tapes I watched, the more intrigued I was. Let’s just say that she’s got the flare that you lost a long time ago. She has the drive, the desire and damn sure has the ego that you’ve since forgotten.�?/FONT>
Seifer laughs, “Probably think it’s some kind of waffle brand or something now.�?/FONT>
“Not to mention she’s pretty damn hot, and that’s always a bonus. Besides, I thought it would make for something extremely interesting. I mean, wrestling is our job and that’s what we spend most of our time on. Besides travel and then training, promos take up most of our time and when it came down to cutting promos with you? Things were boring, they were stale, it’s like the fun was sucked right out of them. I blame your attitude or lack thereof, and to think you believe you’ve got what it takes to become Attitude Champion - HAHAHAHAHAHA!�?/FONT>
Seifer laughs, duh.
“I wanted something fresh in my life and Isabell was perfect. She too was getting highly bored of Marcus and him slaving around hand and foot on her all the time. It’s like having an understudy and all they do is mimic you, do as you say without questioning even if they think you’re wrong, basically become ‘yes men�?or women. That gets boring real fast and after talking a few times with her we both realized that we needed to drop the dead weight, the baggage and get some excitement going on in our lives and let me tell you, I’ve enjoyed every inch�?I mean moment of it.�?/FONT>
Wink.
“I know that stings there princess but let’s face it, no one even cares about you anymore. You’ve lost it and you’ve shown no dedication to get it back. I know, I know, you’re going to tell me that this is different, that now you’re pumped up because you want revenge. YOU WANT REVENGE, RAWR!�?/FONT>
Cue another roll of the eye.
“Who you kidding here? Stop lying to yourself, you could give a rats ass about revenge. You want things to go back to the way they were. You want me to be on your side backing you up as I rip into an opponent because let’s be honest here sister, other than my boys who are my equal, there ain’t no better than me when it comes to that. If you were on about revenge then after you screwed Dante over in December and he then proceeded to bury you alive, you would have done something about that. You�?you thought it was over and he’d just let it go? As much as we don’t get along anymore he’s cut from the same cloth as I am, we don’t just let shit like that go, hence why I’m extracting revenge on you from a match two years ago. You probably wanted that to be over but it wasn’t, was it? He kept attacking you and going after you, reminding you that you don’t fuck with him. I bit my tongue during that whole saga because when I saw that you didn’t do a god damn thing and basically bent over and let him metaphorically take you up the ass? Oh man was I pissed. I kept thinking “No past partner of mine�?no past partner of mine would have done that.�?You sat idly by and did NOTHING. Why do you think I didn’t even lift a finger to help you after he kept sticking his nose in your business even after he buried you? Because you disgraced me Georgia. You down right embarrassed me and that was another part of me that knew that something was going to eventually set me off and throw me over the edge because I just kept getting closer and closer.�?/FONT>
A shake of the head.
“Back to what was said earlier. You don’t want revenge on me, maybe Isabell, but damn sure not me. I mean damn I didn’t turn on you the other day, it has been a couple of weeks you know. I would have thought you’d have fired off on me by now, maybe get into a match with me. No, instead you just want to play some more games by trying to steal mine and Izzy’s spotlight by costing Summer and X-Man the tag titles. As if we were going to really be THAT mad since we are the ones who benefited still. Keep playing the games Georgia but just remember if it wasn’t for me, once again, then you wouldn’t even be in this position. You wouldn’t even have a chance to get me one on one - *I* am the one who set this up.�?/FONT>
Seifer jumps off the hood, walks over to the drivers seat and reaches inside, pulling out the Attitude Championship and holding it up.
“And this? Tell me something sweetcakes what have you done in FWA recently to deserve a shot at the Attitude Championship? Huh? When was the last time you even held a singles title? When you last lost the World I’m guessing. A title in general over there? Oh yeah, when you won the tag by getting pinned, that’s talent right there I don’t care who ya are! In fact, if it wasn’t for me bringing this title back, we’d still have the Television Championship. Remember the first TV Champ Serenity? Remember who she faced off right after winning the title?�?/FONT>
Seifer knocks on his head a couple times.
“It was you. Just imagine if you had beaten her, you could have been first in line at the title! Four months later, I bet you would have gotten your shot! Instead you never did much of anything, yet you always jumped at the chance to tag with Seifer. It kind of gave me the feeling that you didn’t want to do much but take a backseat while I did all the work. Sorry chicka, but you’ve been Attitude Champion before, you’ve been World Champion before. Me? I was just starting off in FWA and furthering my legacy with another established company like I’ve always done, so sorry to you and the people interested in singles gold but I wasn’t about to become ‘just�?a tag team wrestler. That was a side affair, a nice little bonus. You lived for that and now suddenly you think you’re going to get this belt? My belt?�?/FONT>
Seifer scoffs.
“I’ll admit, I didn’t have to put the title on the line. I did so because I like to defend my titles, really, that’s about it. I don’t think you deserve it but it won’t matter because losing was never apart of my plan. Come on Gia, we both know you’re going to talk about how you need the title. If you need a title to get back on track, something’s wrong. Though feel free to go for the Titanium title you had been talking about, you might stand a chance against Kim Pain. But my Attitude? Nah. Because at the end of the month it’s going to be defended again against the contender Superstar Joe. Now even though there’s no one out here I’m willing to bet that people WANT to see Seifer versus Superstar Joe for the first time ever. It’s going to be the biggest match FWA has had all year so far. To top it off with how bad Joe will probably want the belt and how bad I will want to keep it, I’m guessing the match could end up as a match of the year potential. THAT is what people want.
“No one really wants to see Georgia vs. Joe again because it’ll probably end the same way it did almost a year ago, you losing your title. Sure you can blame your immediate rematch on Izzy Taylor I believe, but in the end you still couldn’t get it done. I want the chance to even fight the man in what will be my biggest match in FWA to date. Do you really think I’m going to let you take that from me? Knowing that it’ll only discredit the Attitude Championship that much more? You might have gotten some people excited that the Georgia of old is back but I know you too well. I know too well that you don’t just turn things around in a week. You might have a heightened week and really, really want to show everyone you still got it, but to keep it going for a few weeks and beyond? You and I both know that ain’t gonna happen. I’m not saying don’t try girl, I’m just saying don’t expect me to be nice and give you my title because I know I’m the better champion and it belongs on my waist. Period.�?/FONT>
Seifer puts the belt back in the truck and points to the hood.
“Bet you’re wondering why I’m driving Austin’s truck? Well this is Texas and he isn’t too far away, plus if anyone has shown true attitude in their career, it’s Stone Cold. Just my way of driving home what is on the line this week and why I am the heir to Austin’s throne.�?/FONT>
Seifer glances around the arena, looking off to the right where a few miles away was W2K’s Arena. He smirks and leans up against the front of the truck now.
“Speaking of Texas. You know what I think is going to annoy you the most Georgia? Beyond the fact that I aligned with Sparrow. Beyond the fact that I made out with Isabell when you were lying on the mat unable to do anything. Beyond the fact that I’m going to win this match. Beyond the fact that I just ripped you apart good and well. Beyond all of that, you want to paint me as the bad guy. Everyone wants to look at Seifer and condemn me for what I’ve done to you yet in reality�?everything I’ve done to you is what you’ve had coming for a long time. It was only a matter of time before all of this came out. As I said countless times earlier, you let me down Georgia, time and again. You failed me. Therefore you got exactly what was coming. I know it’s cliché to use but I’m going to anyways, Seifer didn’t screw Georgia. Georgia screwed Georgia. You should have seen it coming a mile away and yet you didn’t. You might have been smiling a little inside when those fans were booing me at Immortal Glory because you knew that they were booing me because of what I’d done and who I was with. Then you came out and oh man did they love you Georgia, especially over me. I bet that felt good because you felt that you were wronged and everyone was on your side and you gotta admit that you just loved it. It’s like going to war with an enemy and finding out that everyone is backing you, it’s a great feeling. So what’s going to annoy you the most is when your music hits and you step between those black curtains�?and rather than the eruption of cheers you’re expecting, you’re going to get a mixed reaction. But that’s only a quarter of it. The other seventy five percent is when my music hits and I step out from behind those curtains…�?/FONT>
Seifer lingers on that for a moment.
“And they all rise up and begin to cheer giving me a standing welcome ovation. They begin to chant my name because no matter what I’ve done, the people in San Antonio tomorrow night not only will have heard my words of truth and fact, but will remember just who Seifer is and just how much they fucking love me. That pains you because you’re not liked down in San Antonio after what went down a little over a year ago. But me? Oh man, they’re going to remember me. See, it’d be foolish for anyone to think that the fans in attendance will only be PWT/FWA fans. There will be a lot of casual wrestling fans as well and yes, even W2K fans. Those fans will remember the last time I wrestled in San Antonio. They will remember that May day just last year when I stepped out from the curtains with the Impact Championship and awaited the W2K Champion CM and we fought and fought, and when NED tried to intervene so did Jake Mitchell and they equaled each other out and the crowd saw me capturing my second W2K Championship and they saw a glorious image of ME holding up both titles. That was my last match in this city Georgia, and since that moment the people of San Antonio have been wondering when I would wrestle here again. When I would wow them once more.
“The wait is finally over. Seifer has returned and you can bet your ass I’m going to do what I’ve got to do to steal the show. Nothing against Drew, SinDee or Travis, nor Izzy, Scarie, Deus, or Ramirez and certainly not CM or WRM cause they are the main reasons we’re even doing this gig. It’s just that this is personal. This is more than just an epic event between two top tier companies. This is more than the Attitude Championship. This is even more than the awesome, awe-inspiring rivalry between Seifer and Georgia James. This is about me on a war path to treating a two year sting. Know this Georgia James, my ‘beloved�? you know me better than most and you know when I say I will stop at nothing�?that I will literally stop at nothing to bring home the dubya.�?/FONT>
Seifer pushes away from the truck and nods his head, dead serious.
