WARRIOR

YEAHHHHHH

The battle grounds have been laid out in a deserted wasteland. The clouds have rolled in as the rain begins to fall, all around are sounds of intense grunting and yelling while the fires burn around them and steel clashes against steel. The cameras pan showing that there are two sides fighting, both marked by a mountain behind them: one reading Championship Wrestling League and the other reading Stone Cold’s Xtreme Wrestling.

So Don’t Tell Me Who's Wrong And Right When Liberty Starts Slipping Away
And If You Ain't Gonna Fight
Get Out Of The Way
Cuz Freedom Is So Free When You Breathe Red White And Blue
I'm Givin' All Of Myself
Cuz That’s What I Do

Men and women alike on both sides are falling to the enemy left and right but through the battle lines ten figures can be seen, five to a side, they still stand strong, they trudge closer and closer to one another.

And They Call Me Warrior
They Call Me Loyalty
They Call Me Ready To Provide Relief And Help I Wherever You Need Me To Be
I'm an American Warrior
Citizen Soldier
I'm an American Warrior
Citizen Soldier
Ahhhhh Yeahhhhh

Citizen Soldier

It was clear that these ten were some of the supreme warriors from either side of the field. On CWL’s side you saw Triple H, Seifer, Malikah, Manson, and the owner Krrypt. On SCXW’s side you saw Phantom, Creeper, The Undertaker, Goldberg and the owner Stone Cold. They come nearer and nearer before eventually spreading out and fighting one another as a blast of smoke floods the screen, blinding us from the war that is taking place.

I'd Never Leave Another Behind I Will Never Accept Defeat
I'm A Soldier In War
Civilian In Peace
Cuz Freedom Is So Free When You Breathe Red White And Blue
I'm Givin' All Of Myself
How Bout You

The smoke clears, the dust settles, the fires are extinguished and standing tall is the side of Championship Wrestling League. Yet as proud their victory was, it comes crumbling down as the mountain explodes leaving debris all over and now we see the majority of the warriors, both fallen and standing, now all standing together and the only mountain that remains is SCXW.

And They Call Me Warrior
They Call Me Loyalty
And They Call Me Ready To Deploy, Engage And Destroy, Wherever You Need Me To Be

The battle field wisps away as now we find ourselves in the confines of an Elimination Chamber. Three men still standing?the champion himself, Creeper, and the two challengers, Seifer and Triple H. We see Creeper fall victim to the “Knights of the Round? now known as the Sacrosanct Finisher “Seifasaki? as he’s eliminated. Shortly after we witness the controversy that shook SCXW as The Game becomes the new champion following two pedigrees.

I'm An American Warrior Citizen Soldier
I'm An American Warrior Citizen Soldier

The chamber disappears and we’re now inside of the arena, in the backstage hallways where we see the rage of the man known as Creeper with his United States Championship?or what’s left of it, melted, and at his feet victim of his attack, Seifer. Creeper pours the vile of what once was a title over his face?and is gone.

Warrior Citizen Soldier
Warrior Citizen Soldier

The screen goes blank, as if time was standing still, as if time was being reversed?as if we were about to see what the most dominant stable of the time was like and we see five people standing tall in the center of the ring with foes down all around them. They are Seifer, Phantom, Creeper, Misti, and Zoe Carlson ?Blitzkrieg reigns supreme.

Ohhhhhhh Yeahhhhhh

The wrestling business is a very rough and cruel animal that holds great magical power. It can give, and give, and then it can take and take. It does not act out of kindness or anger, it does not treat one more fairly than another or try and screw one more than another; it holds no such human traits. The wrestling business is equal to everyone as in the long run, it all comes out in the wash, one way or another. Such is our case today, for what goes around comes back around eventually. The brief story summary you just witnessed is depicting events that happened some five years ago. Two companies were introduced to one another via the owners, who thought it would be good to run an invasion. That invasion culminated at a Survivor Series in which CWL would walk out victorious. Yet fate would have other plans as a month later CWL would meet its demise. During that time the superstars of both companies interacted and soon enough most of CWL’s stars would wind up in SCXW, if they weren’t already pulling double duty.

During this time a friendship and later an alliance was formed between two of SCXW’s stars, Phantom and Creeper, and CWL star Seifer. They would go on to co-find Blitzkrieg, a stable built on exactly what the name entailed, lightning fast strikes against their enemies. Joining them in that fray were both Misti and Zoe Carlson and the five of them went on to become the most dominant faction in SCXW history.

Yet with so much talent in one place, eventually they would feel the desire to go for the top. Friends were pitted against one another for the chance of gold and one friend would even go into a berserker mentality and attack his stable mate before leaving the federation. That is where our story takes us as the man known as Creeper, who once melted and poured his United States Championship over Seifer’s face is the man now known as Owen Stevenson.

Nearly five years removed from this event we find ourselves half way around the world in Tokyo, Japan in the International Wrestling Legion. A federation both men have joined and in Seifer’s very first match he finds himself facing “The Natural?Owen Stevenson. This will mark the first time in that many years that the Blitzkrieg members have had any real interaction?let the real show begin.

A gravel road during the afternoon opens up the scene as we pan up to an old hut nestled into the side of the mountain. Parked outside that hut is a Harley Davidson bike, black with teal flames on the side, it was obvious who’s it belonged to. The inside of the hut is engulfed in darkness save for the hot red glow of ember and the echoing sounds of steel smashing against steel accompanying it.

Once inside we find Seifer, dressed in workout gear and welding what looks to be a blade. He feels the cameras on him and begins speaking, knowing that it was time, at last.

“The International Wrestling Legion ?a company with a simple design and purpose, yet creative ideas meant to give the ol?circuit a shake up. A company that prides itself not only in American wrestling but perhaps Japanese as well as the world of Mixed Martial Arts, with a championship to represent all three of them. With a change of scenery they happen to be based out of Japan, a place that I once called home for a period of time early on in my career, a place that I honed my craft.?/FONT>

Seifer looks up for a moment slightly smirking and then down again.

“With the slow down of other federations out there and the adventure of something new, I decided to join, partly because my good friends in this business Jacob Mitchell and Cross were both in the company as well. Rather than showing up at a show in a big way, I decided to simply show up and let them know that I was ready to do battle with whoever they wanted to pit me against.?/FONT>

Now a grin spreads over his face.

“Suffice to say I was surprised when I found that for my first Bushido I was booked against Owen Stevenson in the Main Event, in a Steel Cage match, no less.?/FONT>

Seifer places the blade in water and walks over to the outside of the hut, off to the side as he over looks the valley below him, allowing the cool breeze to touch his otherwise hot body.

“By surprised I mean that I was facing Owen, not that I was in the Main Event as I’ve main evented plenty of events in Japan and stole the show in front of eighty thousand strong before. Owen Stevenson, a name I only know somewhat of, unless of course you mention his old moniker to me, in which case I know all too well.?/FONT>

Seifer turns and traces his finger alongside the now faint trace of a scar that had run from his forehead down to below his eye and across the inner part of his nose.

“You never actually thought that I’d have forgotten, did you? The championship you melted and poured onto my face. The smell of the melted gold and leather vile seeping down through my skin and into my blood stream as I screamed and cringed in pain at sound of my own flesh searing before my very eyes, literally. Of course none of that was nearly as loud as the sounds of your footsteps fleeing the scene, never to return during the rest of my stay. Naturally if it wasn’t for me being who I was, I might have found myself without a face, but as you probably heard shortly after the incident I was able to get my own doctors with their little advanced technological machines to remove the vile from my face with little damage.?/FONT>

He once more traces over the faint scar to illustrate the little damage he referred to.

“I let you go after that one Owen. I didn’t come after Creeper, I didn’t come after you, but not because you were once apart of Blitzkrieg. I didn’t come after you, well because I didn’t know where you had gone off to for one, and second I had a career to push to the stars and that became more important than extracting revenge. Over time the incident was suppressed into the back of my mind but never gone completely as I knew that by simply being who I am, I would in fact get my revenge one day. Of course I have shown that I’m not a man obsessed by it as I knew it would only bring me a small measure of satisfaction and for me the thought of winning or defending a championship brought a greater satisfaction. That is why in BUD some four years ago when we you arrived onto the scene for your short stints, I left you alone. Not because I didn’t want to one day get that revenge, but because I was more focused on defending and then later winning back the Heavyweight Championship. Since then however, I haven’t come across you. Sure I’ve heard about you wrestling here and there, but nothing too note worthy.?/FONT>

Seifer shrugs as he walks past the corner of the hut, leaving the view of the valley behind and walks over to his bike, tracing the handle bars with his finger he takes a seat on it.

“It’s funny, you know to have a reunion like this five years later, almost like high school. To meet up with those you used to know, perhaps hate or hang out with and see how far they’ve come in their lives since you once ran together. Well I wouldn’t call it much of a HS like reunion as it’s just you and I, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it is indeed a reunion.

“I remember back then, how much of a green, yet talented, rookie I was. Only had six some months of a wrestling career under my belt but plenty to show for. In fact I think that one of the only things I lacked that I’ve developed since is a killer instinct and the attitude that allows me nowadays to do what I what, when I want, how I want, Seifer style. I remember when I had a chance to go for the SCXW World title against Phantom at the Survivor Series show and instead he convinced me to team up and take the tag belts. Which we of course did and to me it was that moment that later led to the formation of Blitzkrieg seeing as you and him were also partners under the Phantom Strangers. Yet if I was then who I am now, I probably would have done both.?/FONT>

Seifer grins.

“Come to think about it, I don’t know how much you’ve followed my career but I’ve become sort of a ‘championship magnet? a titleholic if you will. Always wondered why and I’ve just realized, it’s in my blood, literally, thanks to you of course!?/FONT>

Seifer cracks a smile, he hadn’t thought of it like that until he just said it.

“Now don’t go off on the stupid track and start taking credit for anything, I’m just making light of what was otherwise a gruesome situation!?Seifer grins, he couldn’t help it mayne, “Back to what I was saying about reunions. Usually when they happen you take a moment to reflect back not only on times passed but where you’ve gone since then. Looking at what I know it would appear that I’ve pretty much outshined those from my Blitzkrieg days. Ivan is?well who knows what he’s off doing, he’s made a few appearances here and there but other than almost capturing the BUD World title he hasn’t done much. Zoe and my long lost tag partner Misti haven’t been heard of in who knows how long?which brings us to just you and I; the ones who have had the most success but needless to say there’s a great difference between us, worlds apart when it comes to that.?/FONT>

Seifer holds up a hand.

“Spare me the disagreement and most certainly spare me a history lesson on your career since then. I didn’t get to where I am without some scouting and good God man I got more than I ever wanted to about your career in your promos against Louise a couple weeks ago. Likewise I’m not going to go into a history lesson highlighting all the things I’ve done in X companies throughout the years. All I’m going to say on that note is it’s amazing how far we’ve come. How you’ve managed to attain decent measures of success here and there and I’m sure you’ll agree most importantly gained a slew of knowledge into the mixed martial arts world and have become quite talented at it. Where as me on the other hand have attained great measures of success, probably transcending that of any other superstar past or present and that’s no ego but merely potential fact. And most importantly have managed to spread my influence all over this circuit, sometimes by my own doing and sometimes because the Seifmadness has just taken over on its own. That by the way started as a gimmick but as I said since then has taken off on its own to the point where the Seifmadness coursing through people and federations veins in no longer a cool saying, it’s become reality.?/FONT>

Again Seifer can’t help but crack a smile; it was something he was certainly proud of.

“I mean you look at nearly all the top companies and there are some traces of my influence. You want an example? I’ll give you one. Let’s take a company you’re familiar with ?OCW. Online Championship Wrestling is a company I’ve never wrestled in, yet my influence lies in the very beginning with the OCW Undisputed Championship. I’m sure you remember Big Tony; he used to manage The Undertaker back in SCXW. The same man who had taken the CWL World Championship from us and the same man I defeated for said championship in my creation ?the Burn in Hell?match. Now if that name doesn’t ring a bell for you I know it would Phantom as he’s the one who had to snap me out of my trance state once I won the match. Someone else who will remember the name is our friend Drew Stevenson. For he won the first ever Undisputed Championship in that creation. So like I said, the history of the OCW Undisputed Championship, for better or worse, all began in a match I created. Like I said, amazing how far we’ve come, huh??/FONT>

Seifer grins, to think it was only one good example out of many.

“Or at least how far I’ve come. Sure, I could give you more examples but I believed I’ve made my point, which was simply that it’s been a long time since we last saw one another, since we last interacted with one another and since then, a lot has changed. Of course I know you know this better than anyone since you under went a more dramatic transformation. Dropping the Creeper gimmick and becoming you, the lethal man known as Owen Stevenson, “The Natural? Yeah, you’ve come a long way indeed with your career and I believe that it’s helped you gain even more confidence in your abilities?yet even that has wavered some, hasn’t it??/FONT>

Seifer steps off the bike and walks over to a bench at the front of the hut, in the shade as the sun was still out despite being behind layered clouds.

“I mean, how many times now have you ‘retired?and then came back from retirement? That’s a rhetorical question as I really don’t care, the point’s clear. I know I’ve joined more than half the circuit and have done it as well but mine was only once early in my career, since then I only took a couple of breaks known as ‘seications? didn’t actually tell people I was done for good. Then again even in those short breaks I’ve managed to stay somewhat active. And yeah I know part of the reason is because of injuries you’ve sustained but that still doesn’t take from the fact that your mental state must not have been very solid for you to retire and return on the fly like that so often. But whatever the cases in the past are null in the present because here you are, and here I am, and we’re just days away from squaring off one on one for the first time ever inside that ring.

“Earlier on when I said I was surprised to find myself facing you because well, I know I didn’t ask for the match and the chances of the owners knowing that we had some sort of connection were probably very rare. So either it was just a mere coincidence or someone else in our match asked for it. Since it was hyped as a sort of re-match years in the making I’m guessing the odds are pretty high that you asked for the match. You’ve been wanting to fight me for a long time, haven’t you Owen.?/FONT>

A sly smile begins to creep up on the corner of Seifer’s mouth.

“For a long time I know you’ve wanted to test your skills against the man that you kept hearing things about. That’s one of the few things I’ve never been able to control, I did what I did and word got around. A legacy was born and a legacy persevered, to the point where almost every where I went, my reputation had already proceeded me. Yet for me, as I said before hand, my goals were on my career and pushing that to heights that most can only dream about. So taking the time to go somewhere and fight someone, wasn’t in my priorities. Unless you were booked against me, or an obstacle standing in my way of something I wanted, you weren’t going to fight me. Well, the only other option was challenge me, but for that one had to come to where I was and that never happened. I suppose you were just patiently biding your time, knowing that the day would one day come where our paths would cross once more and you could flex your newly found power and skills and see how you square up against one of the best in the business.

“That’s what it’s about, isn’t it Owen? Five years have passed and we’ve both grown by leaps and bounds in our talent and you what to know what it’s like to face Seifer. After all, you have to mention me at some point when you speak of your career, and years down the line whoever you tell the story to people will have heard of me and when I’m mentioned they’ll asked if you ever fought me, if you ever stood across the ring from me in a one on one setting. I know how much of a history buff you are Owen, and I know that you don’t want to look back on your career when you tell that story and have to answer ‘no?to that question. Because even though I’m pretty sure you’ll tell me that I think way too highly of myself, the facts are the facts and when it’s all said and done Seifer will be going down in the history books as one of the all time greats. It’s no wonder I was given the nickname ‘Seifer the Great?years ago.

“So one day I decide to come into IWL and instead of just seeing me, you saw a light of opportunity surrounding me. You saw your chance to finally take on the man you once ran with, the man you once fought against. All of that is absolutely excellent Owen because you’re finally getting what you’ve wanted.?/FONT>

Seifer stands up, now coming into the light more and leaning against the four by four holding up that part of the hut.

“And I?I’m getting what I’ve waited five long years for ?the chance for revenge. Owen Stevenson, when the night is over I promise you you’re going to wish that this was all a very bad dream. Except it isn’t a dream, it’s my reality and I’m going to show you just how fun that can be.?/FONT>

Seifer walks over to his bike.

“Fun for me, that is. Savor this moment people because for the first time ever you’re going to witness “The Immortal?going one on one with “The Natural? it may never happen again and while I could spill all the details of my plans in that ring I’ll just leave the Seifmadness nation with this, we’re going to steal the show?something I know you’re all too used to me doing. Owen, I’m sure I’ll be hearing from you very soon, and I’m much looking forward to it my friend.?/FONT>

Seifer winks and kick starts the HOG as it roars to life and within a couple seconds he’s off sending dust from the road up into the air as the scene seizzles out.
