It should be noted that Seifer’s promotional banner is over a year old and was directed at SoMEonE else, it however partially fits here. We at Seifer’s camp didn’t feel the need to create any ads putting down someone else’s feud just because they feel threatened they’re not the top draw. It’s obvious that Good Friends, Better Enemies, Great Warriors beats out a feud involving three McMahon’s any day of the week. Ask any hardcore fan, smark, casual fan, or any sports fan and they’ll tell you what’s really hot. But it’s not all bad, you always have the SOAP fans rootin you guys on. That counts for something, right?
Ungrateful V has come and gone. Seifer and Cross did exactly what they said they were going to do, they came out on top. Sure there was some interference because someone has a grudge and didn’t want to make the trip down south, but in the end it had no affect on the match. Dante is right, one night doesn’t mean much of anything, because this is wrestling and anything can happen. That being said though, one night was enough for Seifer to prove wrong the ignorant naysayer’s who think he had fallen off. I’d say fighting in and winning two main event matches in the time frame of a few hours including a plane flight from one event to the other ain’t so bad. I’d say beating two current World Champions in those respective matches - albeit not one on ones unfortunately - is even better.
They say all is well that ends well, right? The way Ungrateful V went off the air didn’t seem to bode so well for Seifer. Or at least that’s what the masses are led to believe�?/EM>
The scene opens on the backdrop of the inside of a house. There’s a pool table in front of us which provides the leaning instrument Seifer is using right now. He’s dressed casually and wears a smile across his face. Once the cameras start rolling Seifer gives a slow clap to the camera.
“Bravo. Job well done my friend!�?/FONT>
Another grin, “What? You think I’m kidding?�?/FONT>
He frowns, why would anyone think that?
“Really, I’m not. I’m genuinely happy, no no, I’m proud. I feel like a proud dad watching his only son that made it. And yes I took that from Nas.�?/FONT>
He looks down his body, heading right to the knee that Dante bashed in with the sledgehammer. He takes it and extends it out, the camera catching his facial expression and we see no wincing. He does the other one just for good measure, nothing.
“No pain, no throbbing, no nothing. Not surprising, I’ve never been injured beyond the night of an event anyways, I guess I’ve just been Ilucky eh?�?/FONT> He gives a soft laugh, “They’ll be plenty of time for that later. Right now it’s recalling the match last night. I’m surprised Dante, you actually thought I was going to rub this match in your face?�?he shrugs, “Well, I wasn’t. I’m not one of those happy go lucky people who get ecstatic beating a World champion. It’s no big thing as this feud is far from over. Yeah, Cross and I came out on top but then again that shouldn’t surprise people when I come through on my word. So while you felt the need to pre counter something you assumed I’d say like your match with Gee, it wasn’t needed, at the moment. Speaking of women since Nikki was your partner, I’m slightly shocked and�?honored that you felt the need to bring in Nova to even up the odds. But it does make sense when you’re opposing Seifer and Cross as three on two are pretty close to even odds. Four on two would be closer but you can’t always get what you want.�?/FONT>

“Joking aside and back to my main point, I’m proud of you Dante. I see you’re stepping up your game and finally starting to come around. I was pissed the other night at Ungrateful when you hit me with the sledge, it hurt like hell, why wouldn’t I be? “I haven’t been really active in 2006 here in BUD, yet out of the four pay per views I’ve been in, I’ve main evented all four. I could fight you at KK, but then I’d just be robbing the spotlight from someone else, again. While the majority of people out there may buy the bullshit you and Nova are selling about being this great Heavyweight champ, I ain’t buying it until I see it.
