It came?and it went. PWT visited San Antonio and had Shockwave in the W2K Arena. Seifer was there?for all of five minutes at the beginning of the show and that was his only appearance. If you don’t know why that is by now, you’ve been living under a mountain. Even the best have to deal with controversy from time to time.

Some superstars had already begun to make their trip to Austin; others went home for a couple days. Seifer on the other hand kicked back in San Antonio for a few days and caught up Jake and Cross until it was time to head out again. Now he rides with some of the most talented lyrically because they just happened to be in town. Either that or Seifer has connections so deep he has Brianna Banks calling his number to test her skills. Don’t you worry Bri Seif ’s got what you need, anytime you’re in town just drop on by. Wink.

The scene opens as the only cameras at the moment are the ones from the fans as they snap pictures of their favorite wrestler, breaking in some of his new moves on a poor unknown sap at a PWT house show.

The kid had been acting pretty cocky. He had previously endured seven months of training in Ohio Valley and was hoping that he’d get called up to the E, well obviously that never happened but he was talented enough to get signed by PWT. Of course it was only a developmental deal right now but he still had that swagger as if he had actually done something worthwhile, as if being backstage at a couple E events mattered.

If there was one thing Seifer couldn’t stand, it was some young punk throwing around an undeserved ego. Unproven and untested, like a rookie lifeguard who’s yet to jump in the waters and make a save. Just because you made it through training, doesn’t mean you’re an all star. In this case, he couldn’t even get past the training, but now it didn’t matter. Now he saw it was his chance to shine. He was stepping in the ring with one of PWT’s best. He could of come easy, let Seifer make him look good and walk away knowing he was flat out dominated. But he chose to come at Seifer hard. Maybe he was trying to prove himself to Seifer, hoping that it would get him noticed. That was probably how it came out looking in his mind, but when his actions started to be put into play, it came out different. It came out as a punk who thought they were all that. Trying to slap Seifer in the back of the head and taunting him, as if that was going to gain him anykind of an edge against a guy like Seifer. Guess he didn’t realize Seifer hasn’t gone soft. Just because he isn’t bothered by taunting, doesn’t make him soft. The kid was leaning that the hard way.

In the ring Seifer lifts the kid into a torture rack, now it was his turn to taunt. He holds him there as the crowd of PWT faithful cheer him on. He then jumps up and nails the kid with an Argentine sitout backbreaker. He makes the cover. ONE?TWO?/P>

But then lifts the kids shoulder up, a slight smirk on his face as he picks him up, throwing him against the ropes but the kid actually has a brain and catches himself as he slides out of the ring. Which of course brings about a chorus of boos from the crowd as he circles the ring. Breathing heavily he looks back up to Seifer and gives him the good ol?crouch chop. All Seifer does is smile before giving him the ‘Just Bring It?taunt. Finally the kid’s worked up enough courage and does just that, sliding into the ring to meet Seifer with right hands.

The two of them battle, obviously this could be over right now but it’s a house show. It was the main event as well since all of PWT’s champions had previous competed at Shockwave last week, bar Seifer. The crowd begins an?interesting kind of chant as Seifer takes it to him. Like most small crowds, they’re split. Only instead of cheering for one person and the other side cheering for the other person after each other, they both want the same thing.

One side of the crowd: “WE WANT SEIFER…?/FONT>

The other side:  “VERSUS GEORGIA!?/FONT>

First side: “WE WANT SEIFER…?/FONT>

Second side: “VERSUS GEORGIA!?/FONT>

The chant continues on for a few. A knee to the gut and the kid is doubled over as Seifer looks at out at the crowd chanting this and flashes a smile as he lifts the kid with a belly to back wasitlock, bringing him up and then driving him down onto the mat, head first as he comes to his knees. He makes the cover and picks up the victory. He taunts, he leaves the ring, signs autographs to a loud ovation, the usual.

We pick up a little after the match, Seifer’s packing up his things in his duffle bag as he begins to head over to the car when Shauna Lane comes running over with a cameraman and microphone.

“Seifer! Hey, I know this is going against the grain compared to how we normally do this but you’ve become pretty hard to track down and get an interview with. There’s so much the PWT fans and I’m sure your own would like to know about what’s been going on recently.?/FONT>

Seifer shrugs and adjusts his bag, “Fine. It’s more pleasant outside though.?/FONT>

He steps through the doors which lead to the parking lot as they follow. It was already dark as Seifer leaned up against some crates nearby. Shauna stood near him to get a good shot in.

“Well as I said, it’s going against the grain but what do you make of those chants you heard in there??/FONT>

“We know what the fans really want to see. This isn’t the first time they’ve made it clear.?/FONT>

“No, two weeks ago they made it abundantly clear who they wanted Georgia to face. But she was booked against your tag partner, even though he did get a good reaction. We know you were booked on Sitdown with the Storm, any reason why you weren’t wrestling??/FONT>

A grin plays on Seif’s face.

“It was in the W2K Arena. Last time I was there I won their top gold after being nearly forced to cash in on a deal I made with the devil long ago. So who knows, maybe they thought I’d end up in the main event and win the PWT title or something.?He says with a little bit of humor in his voice.

“So it’s nothing serious you not being booked to wrestle in the arena??/FONT>

“Not that I’m aware of, no.?/FONT>

“I’m sure your fans and even W2K fans are glad to hear that. But back on track last week you accepted MJ Storm’s challenge for a hardcore Iron Man match. Pinfalls, Submissions, Countouts, but no disqualifications, and this week you’re going up against a former People’s Champion, do you think you’re going to be ready to take on these challenges? Jamal has been impressing people lately since his return and didn’t fare so bad against you last time.?/FONT>

“Shauna, I know I don’t need to remind you who you’re talking to. That guy back in there may not have been the most talented and I may not have been in the ring in a couple weeks after coming back from such a long absence, but I rarely get lucky breaks. I don’t get people going up against me thinking I’m going to be rusty. Even if the facts are hitting them right in the face and it’s my first match in ten years, they’ll still treat me like Seifer and come at me hard, least most will. So if I am a bit rusty, I’ll have to work through it and get the job done. Then again, I love it. This is what I do. I’ve made a career on getting the job done, so I don’t foresee any problems.?/FONT>

“Well this match came about after you heard Jamal dropping your name and so you took him up on his offer. Any reason why??/FONT>

“I wanted a match. Sounds like a simple enough reason to me. Besides, I said I don’t back down when people worthy enough challenge me. By worthy enough I mean someone who I know I won’t be wasting my time with. Last time we fought in the KoPWT, I eliminated Jamal and afterwards it clearly didn’t sit well with him so he made it known he had wanted a rematch. Of course by then I was already eliminated and had made it abundantly clear prior that I had only returned for KoPWT. So everything then went on the back burner. When I heard Jamal spouting off my name on someone he’d take on, I figured why not give the man his chance to see how he fares this time.?/FONT>

“I think after his performance last week we should be in for quite a treat.?/FONT>

“You can count on it.?/FONT>

“If I may dive away from the match for just a moment.?/FONT>

“You took a while getting there in the first place so go ahead.?/FONT>

“Thoughts on Sean and Nova??/FONT>

â€œThey’ve got unfinished business to settle, so I’m going to let them settle it. As long as it isn’t coming into my time like it might have a couple weeks ago, I’m good. Sean made sure to keep his focus on our match and that’s part of the reason why we won, no distractions.?/FONT>

“More than can be said for this past week.?/FONT>

He shrugs, “It is what it is. I know where Sean’s main focus is anyways, but it’s still not my issue. Right now I’ve got to get to Austin and finish preps for Shockwave.?/FONT>

“Fair enough. Thanks for this interview Seifer and good luck on Shockwave.?/FONT>

Seif slightly laughs, “Luck. If luck had anything to do with it, it would only mean I didn’t prepare hard enough.?/FONT>

A classic. Seifer winks again and adjusts the bag back on his shoulder as he heads off to his black Xterra—his road trip vehicle. Popping the back hatch he throws his bag inside and shuts the door. As he comes around to the front he looks back towards the arena and notices two men making their way over to him as the scene fades out.
