As with all my other topics this one is based on common sense!
Don’t buy it: if you know you can’t resist it.
If you have to buy in bulk and you don’t have to feed an army
Why put yourself through the agony of knowing you have your favourite chocolate, nut, cake or full-fat cheese or even a packet of biscuits in the house? If it’s your favourite, who else is going to eat it? It will be constantly calling you!
A buy-one-get-one-free is only a bargain if it doesn’t slow your weight loss.
Large economy sizes are not a bargain if there is only one or two of you to feed and the sell-by date is within a few days.
If it doesn’t have a nutrition label it’s quite likely to be high in calories. The only exception is when you know it is a ‘free?food such as most vegetables.
Happy slimming, onwards and downwards,
Hugs to all,
Joan
