Every morning, get out of bed and say to yourself ?"Its up to me ?I can do it!" Learn to love yourself.
Low self-esteem is fairly common amongst overweight people. It shouldn’t be as your weight has little to do with success in other areas of life.
You don’t have to be a billionaire or be in a mega position of power to be successful ?or loveable. Think often about the smaller things in life that you do well that are really important, such as:
·
I often cheer people up ·
I’m a good listener ·
I pull my weight at work ·
I’m good at organising things ·
I always try to do the best I can ·
I love to make other people happy if I can ·
I try to be fair ·
I have quite nice hair/eyes/teeth/mouth/nose/hands/any other body part ·
I’m quite good at cooking/dancing/sport/singing/playing an instrument/languages/using a computer/sums/writing letters/finding a bargain ?everybody’s good at something Always give yourself credit for things you do well and remember that nobody is as good at being you as YOU are!!
Always keep in mind the image you want to be!
Happy Slimming,
Joan
