I used Wella at the salon i used to work at. I didnt like it as well as the Socolor I have chosen to use in my own place.

My clients like that the socolor doesnt fade out like the wella used to.

The only thing I don't like about Wella is that they take a little darker than Socolor does. The 500 series also tends to be on the brassy side, which you can cut that down by adding 25% of neutral, if not 100% grey. I've for the first time seen a coworker use Paul Mitchel color on herself, and I liked the results. The smell is not so strong, and it covers really well, with good tone. Have you ever tried it?

The salon i worked at used color perfect and color touch. My clients love the socolor as opposed to the wella but to each his own. If you have success with what you are using then i wouldnt change it.
