Ok I am really ticked off.. I have already had a falling out with this girl like 3 times now... this being the 3rd... and well 3 STRIKES YA OUT!!!! I am really trying to hold it together supossidly she is transfering.. and THAT WILL BE THE END OF IT..
Anyhow the girl I am speaking of... Is my Asst. Salon Leader... Rox. Well this chic. I really don't have anything personal against her in general... But I hate the fact.. she chooses to reprormand people IN FRONT OF CLIENTS AND OR CO WORKERS.... Ok any of us out there that are or have been managers or owners.. I would hope you have the smarts enough to know THAT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!
and 2nd from when I first got there.. she bad mothed my boss.. still does always behind her back.. what a terriable manager she is. She is forever complaining of how she has to do everything and Our manger does'nt keep the salon stocked on anything not even toliet paper. *UN REAL*
Anyhow so today as I was getting ready to leave it started getting really bizy at the shop and there was about total 4 people now waiting for hair cuts.
The last person I told them ... "Ok, Just so you know there is appoxiamately 3-4 ppl ahead of you, we are in the middle of a shift change... So roughly speaking about 30-45 minutes possiably for your wait." I then went back behind my self and stressed to the client " IT COULD DEFINATELY BE ALOT LESS THEN THAT.. BUT Right now to be on the safe side.. max 45 min maybe min 20 min"
NOW TELL ME HONESTLY ... DOES IT SOUND UN PROFESSIONAL??? DOES IT SOUND LIKE I INFORMED THEM INCORRECTLY!!!???
Umm I don't think so.. I figure from exp IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY!!!!
She pulled me to the back and get this.. this is what she says to me!!!
"NO LONGER DO I WANT U TO TELL CLIENTS WHAT THE WAIT IS!!!, All you need to say is , " THERE ISI ABOUT 2-3 PPL ahead of you and I am not sure how long that is gonna be " WHAT THE HELL... THAT MAKES ME SOUND LIKE A IDIOT THAT DOES'NT CARE HOW LONG THEY WAIT!!!!!
She was like No No.. I am finding you telling them it is gonna be "30 MIN OR MORE" is hurting business... (NOT!!!) and they don't need to know.. If they ask.. You tell them YOU DON'T KNOW..
Talking about it is better to "UNDER ESTIMATE YOUR SELF" and not "EVER ESTIMATE YOUR SELF" What the hell.. HOW IN THE HELL DID SHE GET INTO MANAGEMENT ... HER MANAGING SKILLS TOTALLY SUCK!!!!
All she wants to do IS DICTATE NOT LEAD... AND SHE TALKS DOWN TO PEOPLE.. Constantly..
How can you possiable run a successful business like that??? Tell me ?
My husband said to keep doing what I feel is right? I would feel like If I listen to her.. I would be lying to the clients talking about "I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG THAT GONNA BE" and then we have lost a vaule the company stands on which is integrity!!!

I have done like everything for this girl.. Hear her talk about her abusive husband she is divorcing , getting out on her own, not having enough money to feed her 3 kids, I even one time out of the kindness of my heart and concearn for her kids.. gave her 20$ Then I have also listened to her even talk negative about her self.. talking bout .. "I DON'T WANT TO LIVE NE MORE" if it was'nt for my kids.. "I WOULD TAKE MY OWN LIFE" I tried my best to do nothing but encourage her... and be there for her... BUT NOW I AM THINKING FOR WHAT???? TO TALK TO ME LIKE TRASH!!! LIKE I AM UNDERNEATH U!!!
Then I usually buy a few items to keep in the f ridge at work like drinks and stuff cause I am a pepsi addict lol.. But NOW SHE DRINKS AND EATS UP ALL I GET AND PUT IN THERE... AND When I asked her about it.. she is like "OH, YA.. I ATE OR DRANK UR STUFF, I MEANT TO REPLACE IT.." It one thing if ya did it once or even twice or HELL AT LEAST ASKED BEFORE YA DID IT.. But now she DOING IT ALL THE TIME!!!!
Like I got money to feed her myself and my 3 kids and family!!!!!!
*SIGHS* That is WHY THEY CALL THIS THE VENT BOARD HUH?
OMG.. So I WANTED TO KILL HER LITERALLY... LOL OK NOT KILL MAYBE RING HER NECK!!!!! Sad but true thing is... I really do care about her.. BUT HOW THE HELL.. WHEN SHE IS SO VEDICTIVE..
This is the same one I said some time back that I found out lied to me .. on a couple occasions.. which I let go.. of and never comfonted her on...
But now.. After she has lied to me.. stole from me and treated me like crap and humilated me.... I DON'T THINK VERY HIGHLY OF HER AND DON'T TRUST HER FOR AS FAR AS I CAN THROW HER!!!!!
LAWD.. SORRY I REALLY DID RAMBLE!!!! It just really pissed me off..
it felt better to get it out ne ways.. I am sure I will feel even better when I get feed back from you guys about it all too!!!
