Thanks Candy. Well, usually it's the clients who get the wrong idea when they see you watching someone. And you're right, that girl is another one who needs an attitude ajustment. Well, I checked out that website, and I really liked what I saw. The hour commute will be well worth it for someone like you who has a passion, and goes after what you want. One of my co-workers, left the salon recently, and moved about an hour away, and is working at a day spa like the one you're applying to, with similar prices. They hired her as an assistant though, and she is actually making more money. She gets $20.00 tip a person for each shampoo she does! She has been doing hair for 20 years, and at first I thought it would be a step back for her, untill I realized, she is most likely learning from the best (she is the 7 min haircut type). I remember from your previous posts that you are more into creativity, so I'm glad you're getting back into the game at a place where you would be most happy, and I wish you all the best!

I didn't notice anything different today, the young girl was still there of course, but I'm taking BabyJ's advise and staying out of it. I'm doing the right thing for myself, and that's all that matters.
