wow, i really feel for you.

my thoughts are if you have the clients, i would go to booth rental. all you have to worry about is you and yours, however you do have a lot more responsiblity for your own buisness. i'm sorry , but my thoughts are you shouldn't worry about that place you work at, if you decide to leave, you will not make or break that place, i would just be fair and give them enough notice to let them find stylist to fill their chairs, just be prepaid that when you give them notice, they may ask you to leave right away, i know from past experience. you have to really ask your self what would be the best for you and your career.
