The current salon of which I am employed is awful. The owner/stylist is not doing any cleaning and recently we have had the gas company and the phone company come in to shut down service. Somehow she always scrapes by.  Well, the rest of the staff and myself are ready to go.  I have been looking into opening my own salon. All the staff wants to follow.  How do I tell her when it's time without making it look like I am stabbing her in the back?  With a million salons in town how do I set ours, apart?  None of this would be happening if she would get her crap together.  Did I mention she runs with a known drug dealer/ex-con?  She has a gold mine and can't see it for the cloud of marijuana smoke.   I wish I had someone to set me up in a business so I wouldn't have to put up my house.  Anyway, thanks for letting me alleviate my woes onto you.
